We used Synergy HomeCare to help my elderly in-laws get to our daughter's wedding in Dallas. Since we were staying in Dallas all weekend and they were unable to stay at the hotel, we were unsure how we would be able to get them to the wedding. Fortunately someone who had used Synergy in a similar situation recommended them and what a wonderful blessing they were to our family. The caretaker (Carla) that came to help them get ready and drive them to the wedding was professional and friendly. Everyone who met Carla commented on how friendly and helpful she was. My in-laws were very comfortable with her and she was very responsible in getting them there on time and offering assistance as they needed it. We feel so fortunate to have found Synergy HomeCare to take care of our needs. Cosette was so easy to work with and responded promptly to any request we had. We look forward to working with them again and highly recommend Synergy HomeCare to anyone with similar needs.

I could not have asked for more from the Synergy team, they consistently go above and beyond in caring for my grandmother. Each caregiver selected by the organization has been so kind and attentive - you can tell they screen their employees thoroughly. Also, the office staff is professional, efficient and accessible at all times. I feel like they are all an extension of the family.

Synergy Homecare has been very professional. The caregivers are wonderful and easy to work with. They are great people, and I like everything about them. Their work ethic is of the highest caliber. The management is excellent. I have a regular schedule with my aide, and everything is going well. My daughter likes Synergy, too.

We started using Synergy Homecare of NW Dallas a couple of months ago and so far, we are pleased with the service. The aide that we got is a CNA. She is caring, helpful and always on time. The owners are very nice and they will go beyond their means to help us when we needed it most. I would highly recommend this agency.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! VERY PROFESSIONAL,FLEXIBLE AND CREATIVE WITH SOLUTIONS .NEVER GOT VOICEMAIL, ALWAYS TALKED TO A PERSON, EVEN ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON, WHEN I NEEDED TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULED VISIT OF THE CARETAKER. THE CARETAKER WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND SYNERGY INQUIRED SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE WEEK IF EVERYTHING WAS OK. MY MOTHER-IN-LAW, UPON HER RETURN TO HOUSTON, CHANGED TO SYNERGY THERE BECAUSE SHE WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED HERE IN PLANO.

SYNERGY is an excellent care provider. In all areas, my caregiver Gloria is the best of all. As a practicing registered nurse for 55 years, I observed and taught all the levels of nursing. I am qualified to assess a care giver. I would say that I have the best!
