After interviewing several Home Health Care companies, I chose Griswold and I am so thankful I did. I moved my 82 yo mother( Alzheimers/COPD) from a Memory Facility to live in our home for her health was declining and she was on hospice. Doug came out the next day of my initial contact and met my mother and I and did his assessment. He explained the process and what our partnership would look like. He and his team delivered on meeting every need and more. His team of Schedule Coordinators ( always called the Friday to confirm the following week needs, always so helpful and courteous. The two Caregivers he selected were great fits, Patti and Melissa were professional, always prompt in communication, supportive, compassionate and always showed up with their A game. My mother passed peacefully two months after she moved in. I highly recommend this company - affordable , professional, wonderful staff and team !

Our overall experience with Griswold Home Care Plano was fine; they were really good. They help my husband with the usual care like showers, getting him up, making breakfast, meals, and giving him medicine. The caregiver who was assisting my husband was fine; there were no problems. They were here five days a week.

Griswold is a five star service. The management cares deeply and even so far as to visit the home and checkout our shared patient. They were on the phone multiple times a day to make sure our challenging situation was covered in every way. I could not recommend them more highly.

I have been working with a company called Griswold since early August. It has been good. They help my mother by changing her diaper, giving her a bed bath, and giving her lunch and drinks. The caregivers are fine and nice. I haven't had any problem with any of them. They take care of my mother the right way. The billing is fair. They have accommodated our schedule for four hours a day and provide the caregiver when we need it.

We worked with Griswold Home Care once, and they provided excellent service for my mother. We're going to be working with them next month when my husband and I go out of town on a vacation. We needed companionship for her and to make sure she didn't fall. They were very good and the care they provided was very nice. The caregiver was wonderful and sweet.

The caregivers and staff were very kind and compassionate. The caregivers treated my husband like a family member. It was comforting having them with him at the end when his health took a turn and to be with us when he passed away. The office always answered my questions, got caregivers out to replace if someone canceled and was a great help with filing the insurance documents for reimbursement.

The thing that sets this office apart is that we work hard to get the RIGHT people with the client. The office doesn't just send anyone in they want to make sure it is a good fit- which it has been. I love that the office staff will call me to discuss something like scheduling and they already have a solution in place before calling. I never have to worry that it is not going to be taken care of.

There are so many companies out there and Griswold has stepped up to the challenges. I have been with them for 4 years and will not go anywhere else. The caregivers treat my mom like they would treat their mother, grandmother or family member. They are a true blessing on this journey.

Griswold Home Care was recommended by my Home Health Nurse and I am extremely happy with the care. The caregiver is a part of my family now. The office staff makes visits to my home and calls to check on me several times a year. The whole experience has been very pleasant and comfortable.
