We picked Visiting Angels for my mother-in-law. The caregivers are very good. She's bedridden, so the services are basically giving her Ensure and changing her. We chose them because their prices were reasonable. They always have somebody available, and they try to send out the same aide, which is nice for my mother-in-law because she likes to see a familiar face instead of someone new every time.

We hired Visiting Angels Waco for my parents. Our experience has been wonderful. I was with my parents 24/7 and now I'm able to go home and see my husband. I haven't had any problems. We have our permanent workers now and it's wonderful. My mother who doesn't like anybody really likes these women that are coming in and helping. They're here from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., and they will prepare dinner and do light housekeeping, but more importantly they're there to assist my mother and help her go to the bathroom. They also manage one of the dogs. The caregivers are sweet, caring, compassionate, and very responsible.

This office is amazing. You can tell the entire group really cares. Jacob (The Director) leads a team of service oriented people.

We used Visiting Angels to help take care of our father after he had surgery. They were so helpful taking care of him and showing him sincere care. The office staff was incredible as well!. They really put our families' needs first and made us a priority every time we called.

Our experience with Visiting Angels has been wonderful! the Caregiver works so hard. Comes in working, leaves working. We love the service and the care we receive.

I love the caregivers! They are clean, they like to help. Caregiver is extremely helpful. Knowledgeable but also not afraid to ask questions. She does everything she can to help and offers to help with anything. Only thing I would want is three clones of our Caregiver.

How kind of my friends at Visiting Angels to remember my birthday with balloons, flowers, and sweets! I am without words to describe how much they mean to me. This last year without my family or friends, the angels that have come to help me have been life savers!
I cant think of a better place to go for help with my daily living activities. Thank you so much!

I am with out words to describe how they have meant to me this last year. With out friends and family here, the angels that have come to help me, especially Sharon, have been "life savers!" I cant think of a better place to go for help with my daily living activities! Thank you!

Jennifer came out to meet mom and I have been excited about Visiting Angels ever since. She sent Carla to us who is truly an Angel. I have had other agencies before and Visiting Angels is definitely at the top of the list. They get things done in a timely manner and with a smile. Carla, the Angel who helps us, is not lazy at all, I want her energy and enthusiasm. I have had caregivers from other agencies come in and sit on the couch, make a sandwich for mom and wash a few dishes. Carla goes all out. She ask for a list of things to do to help. If I don't give her a list, she finds stuff to do. Visiting Angels is a blessing to mom and me. Mom is kept clean, fed, moving. She is motivated to exercise and encouraged to do things. We used Visiting Angels before but our experience with them was pretty bad. The family was not happy at all. My father didn’t like the attitude of the people they sent out, so he was not happy with them. I think part of the problem that he had with them was they weren't sure about how to do certain things and he felt like they weren’t well trained. He complained about the hygiene of one person, and they weren’t good in the kitchen.

The care that we received with Visiting Angels was good. She cleaned the house and helped me with going to the bathroom, but they were expensive. I don’t know how long I could have afforded it.
