Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They are helpful and take care of things if I have stuff in the closet to take care of. They always do what I ask them to do.
The caregivers are here a few minutes before I need them. They ask me questions and help me move things. When they leave, I am comfortable.

It worked out okay, but it could have been a better experience. The agency went out of their way to find people with experience.
The agency isn't able to provide the needs that we needed. They weren't able to help with feeding tubes which we needed. This Right At Home says that they didn't have the nurse advocate to allow their caregivers to provide the care that someone with ALS has. If I had the right Right At Home, they could have serviced someone with ALS. It would depend on what the needs of the client are if I would refer them or not.

It takes a lot off of mother with having someone come. She does things mother can't do anymore, like vacuuming.
LaTonya does whatever we need. She goes to the store and cleans the house. I think she really cares about mother.

I liked knowing that someone was there taking care of my loved one while I was at work.
They were wonderful. Everyone that came in was friendly, knowledgeable, very accommodating, and the owners of the company were amazing. I needed more and more sitters and they accommodated me, and were easy to work with.

Right at Home was a perfect fit for my family with dad's declining health this past spring. We started with just a few hours a week with personal care assistance to overnite stays when when he needed 24 hour care. Our family relied on them along with hospice in his final weeks. Their caring and compassionate staff were a huge help! Highly recommend them!

Right at Home has provided a true piece of mind for me, as the daughter of a client. My mom has received loving care from a caregiver that has provided her with help in handling matters she used could do by herself but, most importantly, she has provided her with respect, love and kindness. Life has been able to continue with quality in all of our lives. I am very thankful!

I'm using Right at Home. It just seemed like it was going to fit me. They offer home health care and do things that I can't do. My helper is good. I like her, and she's very thorough. I am happy that they come once a week.
