The service was positive because it is reliable and they send in reliable people.
You have to have 20 hours a week and that does not work sometimes.

The service I receive right now is excellent.
I like the communication within the agency.

They help him with his clothes and dishes are washed, and the house is cleaned. Convince him to take showers.
I like the agency that everyone that comes to seem to be into and attentive with my dad. If I can't be here, that someone is here with him and I trust them.

She is completely bedridden so they change and turn her.
I like that they try really hard to put the right kinds of caregivers in with the needs of the clients.
