Our office in central Houston has been serving seniors in the area for over 20 years and offers a wide variety of non-medical services, resources, and support delivered right in your loved one’s home. These services are customizable to meet each individual’s needs. Some of our services include:
Personal Care Services – assistance with eating, grooming, bathing, dressing, incontinence, medication reminders

I was in Houston, at MDA, and they required me to hire a professional caregiver to accompany me to and from procedures with anesthesia. The coordinator of the services at Home Instead was wonderful, as was the caregiver that assisted me. I will use them again if the need arises, and I will ask for the same caregiver. They are wonderful.

Home Instead Senior Care South Loop Houston provided care for our family's elderly mother for over a year in a prominent Houston retirement community. We are very appreciative for the quality caregiving Home Instead provided. They are professional, caring, accommodating, and flexible. Donna, our caregiver did a fantastic job taking care of our mother. She was responsible, caring and made sure our mother received everything she needed during her shifts. We were so fortunate to have her working for us. Home Instead constantly communicated with our family to make sure we were getting everything we needed and making sure we were happy with Donna. Care taking provided for spouse who was late stage primary progressive MS almost a quadriplegic. Caretakers were courteous and arrived on time. Became friends with most of the regular caretakers. We shared family stories photos and talked about everything. Agency had our backs to provide short notice are when requested.

I have used Home Instead for companion care for my Mother for 5 years following Moms diagnosis of Dementia. They have always provided caring, thoughtful and responsible caregivers, first at my Mom's home, and for the past 2 years, in a more limited role at an Assisted Living facility. The current caregiver has become an extension of family, and provides needed assistance, but is also a good friend and companion to my Mom, going above and beyond to help insure her safety and comfort.

My caregiver from Home Instead is very good. she helps me with my bath, gets me breakfast, makes my bed, and stays until I go for lunch. I don't think it could be any better.
