Heights Home Health has been a family owned and operated agency in the Central Texas area since 1996. We are dedicated to giving the best care possible to your loved ones. Our services include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, exercising, feeding, grooming, routine hair and skin care, toileting, transfer, walking, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, escort to appointments, shopping, and assistance with self-administered medications.

Star-Plus PAS & Star-Plus Waiver PAS authorized through elected Managed Care Organizations, are NON-TECHNICAL Attendant Services eligible individuals that reside in their home. Heights Home Health also accepts Community Attendant Services & Family Care through Texas Dept. of Aging and Disability Services as well as Veteran’s Affairs (VA), private pay and private insurance clients.

We have 3 locations to serve you and cover 14 counties across the Central Texas area.
