Some caregivers didn't have much initiative. Some didn't have a lot of experience.
They were easy to work with, cooperative, and tried to meet my needs.

If we didn't have them, I would not have been able to get a goodnight's rest.
I felt like they were very dependable and provided good caregivers. My dad has different issues at night and was not always the kindest, but they continued working with us. I referred them to a friend of mine. When one of the caregivers did not show up, the owner came and worked the shift for us. I was impressed with that.

It's kind of iffy now due to health issues, so they do things for me that I can't, like bending over.
I like that the two people that I've come to know have been good people.

My husband works during the day and i work at night so that helps out a lot.
I like that they are friendly, willing to do anything for my mother in law, they are always willing to help out and go beyond with her daily needs and anything around the house. They are functional and caring, they are great people and they are very hands on. My mother in law really likes them and that a huge blessing.

The occupational therapy was helpful in giving me techniques to resume my normal daily routine. The physical therapy was excellent in helping me get mobile. The nurses were very helpful as well.
They were very attentive and professional. They always answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with them.

It's essential that I have it. I like that we've kept the services to a minimum. I used to have to go to the hospital multiple times.

I was there with him on a daily basis so I don't know but in general it was okay other than when they allowed him to fall. In my view they should have let the facility do that and not got involved.
They could have made sure that when they were taking my dad to the restroom that he didn't fall and break his hip.

It was really helpful. My mother needed care and I wasn't able to provide it and they were able to step in. It was essential to her well being.
The only real complaint is that they called me thirty minutes before they were supposed to come and said that they couldn't find anyone to cover the time frame.

They went out of their way to meet our needs. At first there was a scheduling error and they were willing to come back the next day to resolve that. They made up for this. I appreciate their willingness to be flexible.

Right now, the pharmacy has run out of my medication. BrightStar keeps checking on me to see if I've heard anything, so it seems like they care. They have a personal touch compared to other companies I've dealt with.
I like their professionalism. They get back to you right away. The nurses I've had are top quality. The people have been very kind.
