The caregiver helped me when I couldn't see because of my surgery.
What I like about the agency the most is that the caregivers chauffeur me around when I'm not able to drive.

It takes a lot off of my shoulders for them to be there to take care of things that my family can't. I know that he is well taken care of.
They've been very knowledgeable in what they are doing. As soon as they know something is not right, they try to find someone to cover. They try their best to cover shifts.

They know what you want done and go about it as quickly as they can.
I talk about them all the time, because they are so wonderful. The people who come in are very presentable.

We are having problems with our caregivers. Every time someone is out they assign her to fill that spot. I would like more consistency.

They have limitations. To me, they are fulfilling their contract. I don't have any problems with them. They come and take care of the patient.

There is one specific nurse that he has because I requested for him not to have more than two. Damien treats him like family, talks to him, and takes him for walks. He found a friend in Damien. Mr. Damien has been out for a week, but he sent me a video to send to my brother that he misses him and is thinking about him.
I like that they always call me to let me know what's going on or if they need to reschedule somebody.

Being more consistent with the caregivers is my biggest issue, but they do help out by providing bathing, meal prep, cleaning the bathroom, and keeping the floors clean.
I'd like a more steady stream of caregivers and not switching up all the time since they don't keep enough staff.

My uncle lives in an apartment, and I have to do everything for him, so having someone to help with his care is very helpful.
They work hard to find a good match for my uncle and his healthcare. They are very adaptive when schedules have to change. I like the people who work for them as well. They try hard to help.

One of the ladies was really nice and very helpful, but she was elderly. So, I wasn't comfortable helping her to do heavy tasks. She was so sweet though. I don't want to be prejudiced, but I was hesitant to ask her things. I gave her easy tasks.

They would come and change her and they would feed her. There were some that would come in and help the house. It just depended on the care worker.
Something that has been a problem in the past, they would call me the day before they were supposed to show up to say that they couldn't show up.

It is hard to measure that because it doesn't matter where he is or who he is, it wouldn't be where he wants to be. For us, it was great.
It seemed like a calling rather than a job. Every single person we dealt with were caring kind and empathetic.

The agency has been very good about sending me my caregiver. She cleans, does my ADL's, and takes me places.
I would like it if they would be better in scheduling. My caregiver was out of town and they did not have anyone come out to take care of me.

I was able to get away from the house for a few hours.
It was the only agency I knew, so I can't compare it. We did have issues with one caregiver, and they sometimes switched people at the last minute.

The caregivers ask me what I would like for them to do for the day and how they can help. I just line them out, and they are very efficient in that area.
In the situation that I have experienced, they have not been able to fulfill us as far as getting someone out here when they're supposed to. Sometimes it's only once a week. More times than not, it's maybe two times a week, if that. I am not getting service that I think I should. They do the best they can. They just seem like they can't get anybody out here when needed.

Caregivers need to know what their duties are, and should not need to be told what tasks to complete and each step to make. They should know what chores to complete on their own without direction.
They should improve the way they speak with the clientele. They talked down to me, and not like an adult.

They should know the ability of the caregivers, so you can make sure they can do what they need to. The caregivers should be able to move somebody.

They are so dependable! If they can't make it, they let you know ahead of time, and they do whatever it takes to find someone else to fill the time.

Synergy caregivers are very cordial and knowledgeable. The office staff is difficult at best to work with. The scheduling of caregivers is based on what the office staff wants. Patient requests are generally ignored.
