They give my mother-in-law stability and security knowing someone is there with her.

I like that the most helpful has been the current caregiver, they have become friends.
At times when the current caregiver is unable to come, they could improve on the replacement that they send to us.

It has helped a lot in his life just by having a responsible person there to look out for my dad.
They offer to provide a replacement if the caregiver isn't able to be there which is great, so we would recommend them for that.

Being present for my mom first thing every morning and providing a good breakfast for her, as well as attending to her personal needs in the morning has been the most helpful things the provider has done.

They are doing what I wanted to do. I really just wanted a driver to help me during the day, and they sent someone who is very sweet. She is exactly what I wanted. We have time to discuss things, go to lunch, etc. The whole thing is very lovely. I am very pleased!
I like the caregiver that is helping me, that is the most important thing for me.

She was very sweet and happy but she just didn't know a lot. She helped my mom with dressing, meals, reading mail, and maybe a little bit of cleaning. She was only there for a certain amount of time. There was no impact or change in my mom's life.
I felt like they should sit down and train people. The girl didn't know her way around town. She should how to get around town. She didn't know where anything was.

Living so far away (800 miles) from my dad (91) and his wife (83) I needed help with care immediately. They came and were able to start care the next day.
It has given me such peace of mind knowing they were both in good hands.
They have help with cooking, cleaning, driving for groceries or appointments which has taken a big responsibility off our minds.
Just bringing life into their home each day when their “Personal Assistant” arrives, I believe has helped the overall atmosphere and well being of my parents.
They have truly been their life saver and mine

We don't feel as comfortable with the weekend services, but the weekday people of amazing. I like more consistency.
I would like to see more communication between the weekend people and the weekday people.

They're always there. They always try to make sure everything is tip-top and to the patient's satisfaction. I'm so pleased with them.
I intend to stay in my home as long as possible. Facilities are so expensive. I trust them implicitly to be there when I need them. I think they're the best.

My husband has dementia and isn't doing good at all, and I can't really get around, so I can't do any housework at all. It's greatly helped.
I'm satisfied with the services. Shannon is very good. She calls me and schedules us. I also like Sam.

He hasn't had contact with anyone since the virus, but the caregivers are very helpful, joyful, and spend a lot of time with him.
Montebello have enough people that can cover just in case something comes up with one of the caregivers.

It gives us time to live here by ourselves without transportation and helps get everything done.
It is very hard to take care of each other and do all our chores. They do our shopping and take us places we need to go, which is a big help since we no longer drive.
It is excellent. They go to the grocery store for us.
I like that it helps us relax because we are both elderly.

That's been very helpful. They help with baths and straightening up my clothes. I think they need to train the people they send out here better.
I don't think I would recommend them at all. I think they are having a hard time finding someone that knows what they are doing. They have long fingernails, which I don't like around my food. I have had them change caregivers about four times.
