We did use Assisting Hands Cypress. We only used them for about two months. They were wonderful, and we had no problems with them. There were three caregivers that came here. They did what they were supposed to. My grandmother was at the point where she couldn't do anything for herself, e.g., brush her teeth, comb her hair, take a bath, and she couldn't sit on her own. They did it all for her, and I had no problems with them.
