Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

My husband doesn't really like having anyone here, so it kind of has a little bit of a negative impact.
I'd like to see the caregivers stop using their cellphones and interact with the patients a little more.

She is very helpful. They do light cleaning, and she offered to fix meals. They help moving things for me.
They work with the VA and got me services quickly.

He enjoys talking to the young lady, he feels very comfortable with her. She cleans and dusts every day, she makes sure he eats his breakfast, and if he needs something for the afternoon she takes care of it.
I like the consistency. We have the same person who comes all the time, instead of having different people every day.

It has been extremely beneficial, we have generally had the same caretaker, so she is very reliable, I can leave and know my mom is in good hands.
They could improve communication between the office and the clients.

Once you've used Right at Home Kingwood for a few months you'll realize that you can do better. For the money they charge per hour it shouldn't be so difficult to get reliable caregivers. If you scheduled a caregiver and they just don't show up you're on your own. However, if you cancel a caregiver appointment without giving 24 hours notice be prepared to have the rest of your scheduled visits canceled as well, and Right at Home Kingwood won't tell you in advance. You just find out when no one shows up for your scheduled appointment.

Right at Home provided Home Services for my Wife , who has Alzheimers. The Caregiver was Professional, On Time and Kind. Right at Home was Organized and made the process seamless when I was looking for the Service.

Some of Mom's caregivers were very good - Nancy and Pearl. But some were sort of lazy and had to be reminded to do things. The office folks were great to work with.

We hired Right at Home Kingwood. The caregiver is personable and helps my dad with the bathing and showering. My dad just wants somebody there in case he falls. I like the caregiver a lot. My dad needs it, and they are there immediately.

There were two sitters who went far beyond their job descriptions - Mary and Axel. They treated my father gently and kindly as though he was their own family.

Julianne is doing a fine job of providing care and companionship to my mother Exa. She is good at observing what needs to be done and does it. She does personal laundry, light cleaning, shampoos and sets Mon's hair, takes her for outdoor walks, etc.

Jim came to our home shortly after I called him for help. He was very professional and empathetic to our situation. He provided help immediately. After one day with our health caregiver. We've been with Right at Home for about 5 years now since my father suffered a stroke. I have help 7 days a week and it is the only way I have been able to keep my dad from moving into a home. Love you guys!
