When they come in, after they've been here a few times, you don't have to tell them what to do. They know what they need to do and they do everything the right way.
I have had them for several years and they are always on time; you could set your clock by them. They do a perfect job.

It is a 10 for what I hired them to do, but they do not provide around the clock care for what I am looking for right now. They provide cleaning around the house and getting to doctor appointments.
They are flexible. They don't always have the type of service that I need at the present time.

It is not exactly average, but not exactly excellent. The one aide just needs better time management.
They are one of the only companies in this area, so they cover over 50 miles of the area outside of the town they are actually located in.

They have gone out of their way to help us in a time when they had short notice. They got a crew together to come in for 24 hours a day.

I don't know how I would do without them because I am blind. Everything in my life revolves around my caregiver. They are very necessary for me.

Without them, I wouldn't of been able to get to my doctors or make the runs to Walmart or the library.
They were always helpful, accommodating to me when I had to change my plans, and they've always been willing to accommodate me for anything that I needed. I was really happy with that.

I appreciate the lady that I have. She's always very cooperative and she does a good job. I am losing my sight, but my caregiver can do things for me, like clean the house and make it safe for me in ways I can't anymore.

Home Helpers caregivers come in, are very thorough, and do a good job. The services have helped me a bunch, so I don't have to be home all the time and can go to work. The caregivers call with questions as well.

My sister's experience has been very good with each caregiver she has had. The caregiver that cleans for her has done her job and has been a friend. My sister cannot clean her home, so the service really helps me to know that the caregiver will be able to do the work for her. I cannot do those things for her, so it is great care.
