They have made our lives easier by getting my mom up in the morning and getting her cleaned up. They check on her throughout the day to see if she needs anything, but she really just needs the companionship they provide.
I like that they are really kind to my mother.

I like that they come in, give my medication, and ask if they can do anything else for me.

It is needed and helps. The caregivers mean well and are doing the best they can. It's the best we can do.
We've been coordinating this for years. The care is all about profitability. It is very difficult during the pandemic, because Texas doesn't pay a living wage. They don't get the most qualified people. They are just underpaid workers.

The on site manager is outstanding and has taken a personal interest in making sure my mom has the best possible caregivers. Most of my moms caregivers are outstanding.
They have certain caregivers that are outstanding and some that are not so great. We have problem with caregivers on weekends not knowing what they are doing.

The only problem I had was that they had got the schedule confused on 2 days and I was late to work.

We love our caregiver. She does a great job. When we have substitutes we have had terrible experiences.
They are very quick to respond. They always get back to me. I feel like they actually care about my mom. We have made a personal connection.

At the time, I was working full time, and my brothers are still working, so it's so nice to know that they are in safe and good hands.
The caregivers are very well. I feel like we're trying to keep the same caregivers so that my parents don't have strangers, but that's kind of hard to get people to work on the weekends. They use the same pool of people. They take into consideration the importance of our parents' care. They are very compassionate, very flexible, and accommodating.

They were supposed to follow the directions and do what was written down. It was not punitive, and they were simple things like making sure she gets a bath on Wednesday.
They didn't really read the information that was provided. We had things that mother was supposed to have all the time on her fridge and they never read it. They should have come in and read what mother needed everyday.
