The biggest problem is when they wouldn't show up. There were two things. They didn't have enough backup if someone called off. The caregivers brought her dinner, and I didn't like that.

I would definitely refer them. They were always on time and all of the caregivers were qualified, capable, and compatible with my husband. I could not take care of my husband by myself. He was much larger than me and needed full-time help to take care of him. I have met several ladies that have come out from BrightStar Care that went above and beyond in understanding and providing for my loved one's needs. The services help my loved one get to her appointments, and do little things like help write things down.

BrightStar Care is a good company because they've sent someone for whatever I've needed. The services have helped the most by helping my autistic child. The caregivers just take care of him.
