They have good scheduling, and it's nice to do the care from home than to have to go out.

Its mainly because he has seizures and we're trying to get them managed. The therapist always tries to work with me, but they are limited with their schedule. He hasn't been able to see her.

Since Tiffany left, I have not received a call or any updates about nurses.
I do not like how the main person who was a good fit for the company is gone now. Tiffany made sure that people are working hard now, we do not have communication from anyone else. I like that they are a small company.

I'd tell a friend that I liked that they had accessible Spanish speakers and the caregiver was very caring.

We were paired with sub optimal therapists at the beginning that we had to switch away from.
