It gave me a peace of mind knowing that I wasn't the only person advocating for her care because they cared about her care.
I liked that they were able to provide safety with finding caregivers and any replacements of the caregivers. They were able to guide me if I had any questions.

Everything they did was helpful. They were attentive and mindful.
The schedulers do their best to accommodate and the caregivers are mostly excellent.
