Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Some of them have been excellent and others are not as good. For the most part, they have been very efficient. It has taken some major stress off my brother-in-law and sister.
I like that they have never failed to provide the help that we need and they try to make sure that they match a person to the needs we have.

They really want to stay in their home and this is helping them do that. We might need them to come more often in the future.
They have a lot of follows up. I like the interview process. They worked with us until we found a really good fit. They are gracious, and the price is reasonable. We feel very confident in them. We can call them anytime.

It's made a huge difference. She's been getting some companionship and the lady that has been coming in does a lot of the housework and some of the cooking. She's a friend of ours so we already knew her and was comfortable with her. Everyone who has come in has been really great.
The people I've dealt with are very friendly and helpful. The ladies there are just as sweet as can be and I love working with them.

The caregivers take care of the client's personal hygiene because she can't take care of herself. Twice a week, I don't have to worry about the client at all. I can breathe easily for the first time in a long time.
This agency is detail-oriented and prompt. They're the best service I've worked with. Their price is agreeable, and I honestly can't think of anything they can improve on.

I have been using Right at Home for year now and highly recommend their services. I have been living with MS for the last 25 years. My mobility has slowly been diminished to nothing. I use Right at Home for showering, dressing, meal prep, driving me in my mobility van to light housework.
I have had several different caregivers over the last year. They have all been professional, prompt and kind. I have always been well taken care of and have enjoyed them.
The office staff is fabulous. They communicate well with me and work hard funding the right caregiver. If a scheduling issue arises, they do not hesitate to come themselves.
Right at Home has been wonderful to work with. They have really helped me live a more comfortable and pleasant life!

I must say I have with over 20 caregivers with other organizations and in the last 9 months, and Ashley, though I've never met her face to face, tops them all by a long run. She actually gives mental, emotional AND physical support and has gone so far beyond in helping than I could have imagined. You all are lucky to call her yours and we're so lucky to have found you guys! Thanks for all you do.

When we suddenly found ourselves in need of caregivers for a family member, we turned to Right at Home of Knoxville. Knowing that we were relieved of the details of interviewing and employing individual caregivers was a burden lifted. Jay, the owner, and her staff have worked diligently over the past year to place caregivers who would be a good fit. We are incredibly grateful for all the assistance that Right at Home has provided so our loved one could remain in her home.

It has made it much easier to handle my loved one with them.
We went through several different agencies to find someone who could handle my loved one and her needs. When the caregiver met her, they clicked immediately. She is an excellent caregiver and can handle all of my loved one's mood swings and forgetfulness, she is a prefect fit.

They were here when they needed to be. There were some days when my husband was left alone because there were days they couldn't be here.
Our caregiver kept him busy. He was very good at getting his meals together, and he made sure my loved one ate.

There was someone there at night. The ones that they sent stayed up all night, and if there were any issues, they contacted the nurse.
They were really good to work with. The first time I used them, I was able to contact them on a weekend, and they had someone available the next day. The next time, she was able to do the paperwork really quickly.

I'm using Right at Home for my husband, and the person is excellent. Communication and service are good. They make sure he doesn't fall, do light housekeeping and cooking if need be, and little things my husband can't do on his own.

I have a fracture in my vertebrae and my husband has dementia. We really needed help and it has been wonderful.

She is perfectly fine. It really helps my life. I can walk out of the house and feel safe. I felt comfortable leaving the house when the caregivers are here.
I would definitely recommend them. So far with the people, there is no real problem. There is a trust that when I walk out the door, she will be taken care of.

The care I have received from Right at Home has been wonderful. They are very prompt and they visit with me after we get through with getting ready! I only see my caregiver a couple of times a week. I'm so glad that they are there, as my family is gone all the time and I get to visit with someone while they're gone. The only time I haven't liked a caregiver, they removed her.

They provided day time care and eventually progressed to 23-hour care for my aunt's uncle. They sent caregivers that went over and above and even took care of an aging dog. When issues happened, they took care of it in a professional manner. They were dependable and tried to get consistent caregivers for my family. Recommended highly.

We interviewed three or four in-home and decided on Right at Home. It has been very good, and they have been very cooperative as far as getting people here when we need it. They have maintained the same individual level as one of our concerns was we want to make sure that there was the same person coming back. As far as I know, the caregivers are fine, and I have heard no complaints from my wife. They have indicated the scheduling and billing with no changes on prices.

Samantha has been caring for Faye a few months now, and shes fantastic with her. She makes sure shes hydrated, fed and very clean. She keeps the house clean and her compassion really shows. Id reccomend her for in home health care anytime.

Samantha is very attentive to my aunt. She lets me know what is going on during the day while I am at work. She makes sure my aunt eats three meals each day and keeps her hydrated. Samantha makes sure the house is clean and neat and that my aunt is clean. I would like for Samantha to work as many shifts as possible. I would give her an A+.
