I think they are very beneficial. They help her with her daily living tasks. She has had a shoulder replacement and needed that help.
She is not my only patient that they have taken care of. We have had issues with scheduling and caregivers not showing up.

They are easy to work with and work upon the needs of our family.

They made me late to an appointment the first time.
The first appointment was for an early Saturday morning, and I had to be somewhere. The caregiver was an hour late, which made me late for my appointment. The caregiver didn't have my address.

By having the caregivers, it allowed me to get out more.
They could pay their caregivers more.

She was here and did all that I would ask of her. She is very trustworthy.
Their customer service and their billing are the problems. They over-billed me for some services, and I am still trying to get that worked out.

On occasion, they just didn't show up. That was one of my main issues and is where the communication comes in.
They could improve the level of communication and a better interpretation of the services they provide.

They could have had better training, showed initiative to take care of my loved one, and anticipated their needs.
The caregivers showed no initiative and sat on their cellphones the whole time.

They have helped emotionally. She is cheerful and helpful, and brings a light to her job that isn't normally seen.
They certainly need to screen the people they send. The people they send need to know what is required of them and what is acceptable and not acceptable.

They have helped me by getting me to my appointments and helping me with the chores of the house like washing and cooking.
I like how they activated the service quickly.

They do things that I cannot do, like clean the house and help me get dressed.
They do have some reliable people.

I need a caregiver because I can drive but it hurts me to drive. I was paralyzed a few years ago and I am back, but it hurts to walk. Anytime I have a caregiver it helps me because I can't put my right arm across my back to wash my back because of a pain. It helps me because I don't hurt as long since I have been using caregivers, and I have stopped taking pain killers.
I really don't recommend people because they may do wonders for you and not do wonders for someone else.

They could have a greater impact on my life by having a better understanding of the needs that I have and performing them properly.
I have had people steal personal property as well as lie about the duties that they helped perform.

It is comforting to know there is qualified staff to make sure Dominick is taken care of.
They have quality staff, are dependable, and take initiative to go above and beyond.

They've helped in coping with the early morning bathing and dressing that is exhausting for us. They help us to keep our strength.
The main thing is that they are available. I can get to them and call them. They'll also call me.

The company is well respected, they always do an excellent job of communicating and making the patient comfortable, they do a good job keeping in touch with everybody, and I just think they are excellent. She was able to stay at home rather than having to go somewhere to recuperate.

When they come in, they introduce themselves, they do anything that I ask them to do, and it's a great help to me. I really needed them. I had hip surgery, but I live alone, so I needed help with things that I couldn't do during recovery.
