Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

All the caregivers have been great and the office is easy to get in touch with. I haven't had any issues but if something comes up they are all quick to jump in and help. Right at Home has met my expectations!

Right at Home has been very helpful to my family this last year. My sisters and I all live out of town so when our dad was having surgery we knew mom would need some help. When dad had his surgery, the caregiver was there on time to take him to his surgery, she waited at the hospital with my mom and was there to take him home and stay with him afterwards.
The caregivers have all been exceptional. They helped not only take care of dad while he wasn't able to get out of bed but also provide some much needed relief for my mom. We didn't realize is how overwhelmed mom had been even before the surgery. Once dad was back on his feet we didn't need as much help as in the beginning but we still have two caregivers who come help my parents around the house and drive them to appointments.
The office staff has been great to work with, Amanda who came out to meet with us in the beginning was very knowledgeable and helpful and anytime we call the office we get a quick response. It's helped give my sisters and I some peace of mind knowing there is someone closer we can call when something comes up. We have referred some family friends to Right at Home and haven't heard anything negative so we highly recommend Right at Home!!

My mom’s caregiver has been with her for over 3 months. She has developed a deep bond with mom and both care about the other every much.
Even when mom was in the hospital for 4 days Courtney was right there with her when the family could not be. She also goes to all appointments with me (doctor, hair, and sometimes shopping) to make it easier for mom and me. I am very thankful for the love and support she gives our family.

The Right at Home caregivers treat my mother as a long time friend. The are very patient and kind. My mother was lonely, but not anymore. She looks forward to her caregiver spending the day with her. They do everything together from eating out and shopping to decluttering the house. My sister and I do not have the time needed during the week to spend with our mother. We are so grateful to Right at Home and highly recommend them to find your loved one the perfect friend.

At first, I was concerned about bringing people into my parents home that I didn’t know. I now know that the level of professionalism and knowledge not to mention kindness of the caregivers employed by Right at Home is excellent. I’m so glad that I am working with them—aging is tough, and this group is helping us through it. I can count on the caregivers and, when problems arise, they are solved expeditiously. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Right at Home has given back the independence mom lost from some strokes earlier this year. Mom has hearing loss, low vision and with recent memory loss, she needed to move from her independent apartment to assisted living. All these things meant she had moved quite frequently over a short period and that had caused her short term memory loss to be more of a concern. We called 'Right at Home' to find companion care and have been very pleased with their service. Mom has had a consistent person who genuinely cares for her and encourages her to enjoy all the activities the assisted living facility offer. Before Lynn was paired with mom, I could tell she felt sad, isolated and confused. She ate most meals in her room which compounded the isolation she felt. Once Lynn became the primary companion, she has helped mom socialize again and also helps get the daily living activities done safely and with compassion. We are so thankful for Lynn and mom's friendship through Right at Home. I appreciate Lynn's kindness and I feel she does for mom the same things I would do if I could be there every day.
Lynn arrives on time every day and RAH is very responsive to contact me if someone is running late or will be absent. Any requests I've had for help with travel to dentist, audiology or doctor appointments is addressed and followed. My interactions with the staff is pleasant and they always keep me posted on changes or other communications. I highly recommend this company if your loved one needs compassionate companion care.

Right at Home provides in home assistance for daily living to our Mother. She is 94 years old and although she is quite independent minded and still very cognitively aware, she has mobility and stamina issues that prevent her from being able to safely stay in her home without help. We looked at several agencies to provide home care. We decided on Right at home because initial conversations convinced us that they would absolutely work with us in every way possible to make in-home care work. As of this date they have lived up to our expectations and more. In the beginning it took a couple of caregivers for us to find a good Match for Mom. All of the women who came were caring, nice, and pleasant to be with, but the fit for Mom didn't seem the best. When Amberlea came, it was a perfect fit! She is full of energy, always on time, has built a wonderful relationship with our Mom, and has helped make her house a much safer environment for Mom to live.
We are very pleased with Right at Home. They are so responsive to our needs. And as to Amberlea - she is such a great care-giver!!

Marietta is awesome! She does various tasks for my mother that she can no longer do. These include shopping, running errands and doing small things around the house, cleaning, and taking out the trash. Marietta is very good at communicating with my mother and treating her with respect, as well as observant of any medical concerns. She is very loving to my mother and goes above and beyond, clearly seeing this as much more than a business relationship. She is very professional and punctual, and we have developed a very positive working relationship as well as friendship in doing our best to make my mom happy. Marietta is like family to us!

Right at Home has done so much for our family. Since my brothers and I no longer live in Chattanooga, it has been an incredible help to have Right At Home stay with our parents. Right at Home was such a blessing for my family. They provided care for my mother that allowed her to remain independent in her home instead of moving into an assisted living. They helped get her to and from doctor's appointments, clean her home, and make her meals. We just loved our ladies that were part of her life and are so thankful for all they provided.

My 93 year old Father moved in with me and my wife when he could no longer live by himself in Atlanta. We needed someone to stay with him while we were both away from home. Right at Home was very compassionate and the person they sent out to sit with my Dad was a very kind and nice man. He was a great help to us. The caregiver actually took my Dad out to eat during some visits which was wonderful. My Dad felt very comfortable with him and enjoyed his company. He gave us peace of mind which was invaluable.
Right at Home was very quick in filling our needs. I highly recommend them.

The agency Provides an aide for 8 hrs. 5 days a week.
The staff arrives in uniform on time and follows a prescribed protocol.
We have a daily meeting with the aide to look at the schedule for the day and goals. I talk by phone with the office to communicate successfully, goals and needs.
the caregivers are wonderful. If we have a problem, we meet with the Homehealth nurse
and work our way through the situation for patients best interest or problem resolution.
Agency is extremely responsive and helpful.

They would come form 7 am to 7 pm and they allowed us to go home and get some sleep.
They could have been better about showing up. They were always having to scramble to find someone to care for my dad.

The aides that I have now are quality. I trust them, which relieves my stress and concern.
They do not have back up nurses. I have had them over a year and there are times when I don't have aides. They don't have adequate back ups.

Being with this agency has been such a big burden on my family because we always have to make sure the company is providing my grandparents a caregiver 24/7.
This agency's retention rate with caregivers is very low because they have a high caregiver turn over rate.

For my husband, it would be nice if they could do more actual hands on personal care for him. We have a female provider and he doesn't want that yet.
I think the people in the office that I deal with are great and work very, very hard to provide the services we've needed.

It takes two people to move my mother-in-law, so I need the help. They've gotten better at getting people that can do what is required.

They keep us from having to go up there all the time, so from my end they help out a lot.
I like the vicinity. The office is just right across the hall form my mother-in-law and it is wonderfully convenient. They are also very agreeable with me.

Right at Home's caregivers are really good and they treated my mother really nice. I enjoyed meeting my mother's caregivers from Right at Home. I was only able to give my mother a sponge bath once a week. When Right at Home's caregivers came in they were able to get her in the shower and bathe her a couple of times a week.

I am not likely to recommend Right at Home because the communication between the office staff, management, and the client is sorely lacking. The organization between them also seems to be lacking. To have a greater impact, Right at Home could have called their client when they had issues with caregivers not showing up to inform them of what was going on. We did not have good communication.

I called Right at Home when my mother needed a sitter in the hospital following surgeries. I had to go to work and couldn't leave her alone – she's 97 years old. They provided a caregiver immediately and checked in with me periodically so I know mom was in good hands.

Right at Home has exceeded our expectations from the day we met with Bryan, the owner. We quickly needed to line up care and he offered to meet with us on a Friday late afternoon. The other places we had called had waiting lists, or wouldn't be able to get to us for a couple of weeks. He is caring, compassionate and professional. He had lots of good ideas to assist us in caring for our family members. The caregiver he set us up with has been wonderful in every way. These folks were amazing! It's never a good time when a loved one requires hospice care, but we couldn't have done it without the good people from Right at Home. You can't even know all the little things you'll need to take care of ahead of time, and RaH was there every step of the way. Words will never adequately express how grateful we were for all the gentle, kind, and tender care they provided for my Mom at this most difficult time.
