Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Being there with my mother and taking care of her daily needs has been very helpful.
There are a lot of issues with the caregivers we've had, and I would like to see those fixed. The one I have right now is good, though.

We found someone from Right at Home Clarksville, TN. My mother had a major stroke on the 24th of July, and though she's mobile, she has a lot of anxiety. She doesn't like to be by herself and got a lot of fears. They're doing basic care. They help her eat. They make sure she takes her medications. She can use the bathroom and everything by herself, but they're there in case of falls. The person that works with her is fabulous. Her name is Rose. Rose engages my mother in conversation to keep her mind active. They do a little physical therapy exercise as she gets her up. She makes sure she gets her water. My mother tends to get dehydrated, so she monitors her water. She's the best companion for my mother right now since all of us have to work. We can go to work now and feel completely good about not worrying about my mother. We are very pleased with Right at Home.

Helping me with things I can’t do anymore like reading, fixing meals, laundry, housework, etc.
My caregiver is always on time & I can relax knowing she knows what to do, as well as some things I didn’t even think of. She always goes out of her way to take care of me. I relate to my caregiver as a close friend. The agency has always been able to provide answers to any question I have & are very dependable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Everything that Right At Home, Clarksville, TN far exceeds what I expected.
The staff calls me immediately with any concerns about my Mother.
They have been kind. They have engaged her mentally. Most import is getting her out of a recliner (ha) to walk.

The service helps me get through the day. My legs are messed up and they put prescription cream on my legs so they don't mess up anymore than what they are.
I like the service that they give. They make sure that the people they send out are doing what they're supposed to do.

Sometimes they haven't been able to keep up with it, so they've lacked the help. There were a few times they couldn't get anyone to see me. I think it's management hangup, or they don't have enough employees.

Most of the workers are really good. If I have a problem with something, the management will jump right on it. If there's a problem, the people from the office will come out to meet me and make sure the new people know what to expect.

They could teach the caregivers to do ironing. None of the caregivers know how to do that. When the caregiver is here, I don't fall. I am bad about falling.

After being referred to this company- and having met for an hour and a half with the Coordinator/provider in my home ...they were supposed to begin care for my mother last week. They called on Monday and said the whole staff had the flu and they'd call back Wednesday. They did not. Called them and they were to finally begin care this past Monday morning. They called MONDAY MORNING and said they were so sorry but they weren't insured for my county. THEY CAME TO MY HOME!? 3 weeks wasted and now we begin all over again to get help for our mother. Unreal.

I've told others that Right at Home has been a safety net for me in a lot of ways. Because of my sciatica, and medications, I don't need to drive. I was bedridden couldn't do anything at that point when I came home from the hospital. The caregivers pick me up and take me to the doctors. They catch a couple of errands on the way home so I can do that safely. If something happens, I'm not alone.

The caregiver from Right at Home helps my husband walk with a walker and she supervises him with his showers. I would not be able to help my husband with those things, so that is a great help.
