We didn't actually need them, we're fully functional but my husband is going to have a surgery down the road. I think they are very nice people and are qualified. I like that they are very pleasant people to deal with. They are not overpowering. They have come in and stepped up to the plate to help out where they could.

We all rotate, the overnight care has been great. The impact of the others have not been that great, but it's allowed us to sleep. I like the commitment. They're well-prepared, especially the person they send overnight. Their communication is excellent.

Now that it is going it is good. Someone is there to make sure she is eating and taking her medicine so I do not have to follow up after every little thing. It is just the initial getting started with each of the different caregivers since it's challenging. It takes them a long time to understand what they need to do when they are there. I had to follow up to see if they were doing things right.

She needs someone with her 24/7 now. They will send somebody out to make sure that she is taken care of 24/7. I am not out there with them when they are with my aunt, and all of the ones that I have sent out with her have been nice. There have been some problems, but they have worked them out. Sometimes, when you have a 95 year-old person with dementia that you are trying to have care for, they just do not match up. If there is nothing that person does to make her happy or there is nothing about that person that she is drawn to, then they just do not work out. When a person quits or moves on, they have to start all over with finding somebody.

I don't have any recommendations about how they could improve. They helped out by just being there and being a caring person. I know that the providers don't have a lot of training, but they were able to be there for her. The people they sent were very nice and attentive. They followed up a lot, and they created a website to check schedules and leave notes.

They have made life easier because my mom just loves them. I like that I can go and do shopping, knowing someone is with my mom. I like the individuals that are here with us. One of the young women came in and just started helping in all the right ways. We had some experiences that weren't so good with some of the others, but the office kept sending people until we found a good fit.

It's made a huge difference. I don't have to go out and go grocery shopping, and that lessens my chances of falling. They could staff up a bit more. I would get a caregiver, I'd like them and work with them, then they'd get more clients and have to be gone. I've heard that they can be a hard company to work for. The organization and staffing can be improved.

I had my caregiver come to the hospital to help me walk down the hall, and she did it graciously just as if I was her mother. They are real good. Whenever the storm is coming, they call to make sure you have everything you need. If not, they will take you to the grocery store. They are just nice. They take good care of the clients.
