The agency provides my mom with medication reminders and transportation to her appointments. They’re always on time and they’re very communicative with everything they do. If I’d like to add more hours, I call the office and they make it happen.

They will give me a bath. They don't wait to come.
They come here if you need them and call them. They make sure that you have your medication.

I have been with Loving Heart’s for almost two years. They have always taken good care of my mom. Every time I encountered a caregiver they were very respectful. Most caregivers arrive ten minutes early. The staff provides my mother with light housekeeping, they run her errands, and make sure she shows up to doctor appointments. Choosing this company was my best decision, my mom has developed a liking to the caregivers in her house. The owner makes sure to send the same caregivers because my mom suffers from Alzheimer’s and I greatly appreciate everything they do.

Loving Heart's Home Health are great. They are all good. I'm taking radiation for breast cancer and my husband has to have someone to stay with him, so they make sure he gets in the bathroom safe when they have to have him in the bathroom, and if I want him to have him a shower, they will. Anyone that has to have someone in the bathroom is a pretty big job. The caregivers are fine.

Tamika has been one of my mother’s primary caregivers for more than a year. She is professional, attentive and always gentle and caring with mom. Tamika also interacts and stimulates my mother is seems much more than some of the other caregivers. They have developed a wonderful relationship and my mom always looks forward to Tamika working with her.

We have been working with Loving Heart's Home Health for two years now. They provide light housekeeping, medication reminders and doctor's appointment. The caregivers are very polite. We never had any bad experiences with them. They go out of their way. They always make sure that we are taken care of, and they make sure we are OK.
