The staff is always friendly when they come over and the service my mother receives is good. I like that they always keep me updated, have friendly staff, and they are accommodating when I call.

I hired Kore Cares for my dad. Their caregivers so far were so good, we haven't had any type of problem with them so we're good. My dad doesn't like to get up so they get him up, they shower him once in a while and do light housework for my mom. Their billing is an automatic, and it comes right out of my mom's checking account. They were really good in scheduling and working with my mom's schedule. So as long as she gives something to them in advance, they're good to go. We chose this agency because after laying everything out to my mom in terms of cost and schedule, including some of the things they mentioned over the phone. I left it up to her and she made the decision.
