They help out honestly by just sitting there with my grandmother for company but they do other things like bathing too. They are very professional and hands-on. They provide satisfactory service as a whole.

The person who comes out everyday will clean my mother's house, and then leave before her shift is over even though we are supposed to have her for about 3 or 4 hours. I feel like I am not getting my money's worth from them and they are not changing anything about it. My mother is just back in bed when the caregiver comes here, instead of being engaged by the caregiver.

The workers at Brightstar facility came to my house 3x per week to assist my wife Norma with her bathing and making her bed.sometimes they would take her to the store to allow her to independently purchase her personal items. Other times the aides would sit and converse with her. She really seemed to enjoy these visits and talks. I would recommend them to folks that require assistance in the home.
