I had a good interview with this health care provider because I used their services for my grandmother who needed some extra help while she was ill. I found the staff to be very polite and very caring. They were also very attentive, and also very empathic to her needs. The quality of care was better than I expected. While on one hand, I thought they were too thorough with their care, on the other hand it was a much better experience that I thought. What I mean by too thorough is that they would use up a lot of time by doing menial tasks that were not necessary, on my opinion and based on other health care providers I had used in the past. But then I realized they were doing the best thing for their patient and those past agencies were not. Based on what my grandmother said about them, I would recommend them to anyone needs help taking care of their elderly relative. I'm glad i hired these people to help me, and my grandmother because it made her illness that much more better to deal with and she as very comfortable.
