I've been in town visiting my Grandmother who is 74 years old. In which case a new person everyday with covid 19 being at an all time high, Isn't the safest thing. Someone different has been to care for her everyday since I've been here. They help clean and sanitize everything. I notice most of the girls that come by when my grandmother is explaining to them what to do since they are always new. A lot of them are rolling their eyes and basically partially do what was asked of them. Not only is it rude but it's very disrespectful. one girl actually walked around slamming doors in my grandmothers home. Im guessing because she realized she actually had things to do upon arrival. She got upset walked around the whole time mumbling under her breathe like a child after she was told she had to wear her mask. I believe her name was india, I remember because of her extreme lack of professionalism. Another young lady, she is always rude and lacks communication skills. I luckily saw her touching my grandmothers bath cloth with gloves she had been cleaning with. (Covid19 red Flag) this same young lady put the mop bucket used for the floors in the kitchen sink. I believe her name is maggie or mattie. It's very unsettling knowing I will be gone after the holidays and they send people like this to care for my grandmother. I have seen one or 2 that come by and they are very kind, professional and helpful with gram and had no problem wearing a mask. Vanessa is the only one I can remember by name she is the sweetest I love the way she cares for gram.

I feel like they brought me back to life. They're nice, friendly people.

I do not get around too well and they do what I need them to do. I love the caregivers. They are good people and they do good work.

When the care is done correctly, it's great. When it isn't, they are not good. I would like to see better communication. I would like the office to call us if our caregiver is going to be late or if it is a caregiver we were not expecting.

My daughter cannot bathe herself, and I can't bathe her because I'm elderly. The agency helps her with that. They're reliable and dependable, and they do what they're supposed to do.

I need people. They washed my clothes and cleaned my room up. They did a good job when they came.

They have made my life easier by making my loved's one life happier. They seemed to be very interactive and caring with the patients.

We are using Elite Home Care's services for my uncle. They come in one day for a week for four hours. They're doing light housekeeping and companionship. We were assured that he would have a team of two people and he would see one of those two people each week; however, it has ever been the same person twice. Quite often they will call a couple of hours before there is supposed to be someone here. That's always been a little disconcerting, but so far, they have always covered the shift. The billing is fine, but the scheduling apparently is an issue on their end. Nevertheless, the people that have been coming have been great. We have no issues with the caregivers themselves.

They provide very convenient services.

They send out the girl to me. I'm mostly capable to do everything I need to do. The girl that comes out to check up on me is nice and goes to the store for me. If there is something that I need to get done, she is able to do it.

They take a little bit of the load off of me because we are here 24/7. They need to improve on having someone here all of the time for my loved one.

They come and help him clean his home. They can be on time to our home.

Because I cannot drive, they drive me around to pick up things for me, like clothes and grocery items that I need. The caregiver that I have coming here is very pleasant, here on time, and is very capable.

They need to keep us with one caregiver because we wind up with one on-one day and another on the next day and I don't like leaving my husband with someone who hasn't been coming. To get a good recommendation, the staff needs to get ahold of me if the caregiver will be late or not show up because my doctor's appointments are scheduled according to them being here and I have to cancel at the last minute.

They help me a whole lot with my home health care by giving me a bath, making my bed, and doing the things that need to be done. They have been real good. They are doing all they can.

They could have a greater impact by being on time more often as well as understanding me as their clients better. I would like to see the quality of their help be improved. My normal caregiver is fine, but the fill ins haven't been as great.

It makes it easier for him, he doesn't have to do as much. They do everything that he wants done. He is very satisfied with it.

They just provide any service I need, like going to the grocery store. She took me to store, and while she went grocery shopping, I went to go get my hair done at the salon. My caregiver is always on time, and she carries me wherever I need to go, like the grocery store.

They are always here and doing whatever I want to get done. They are here every day for me.

They have really made my life easier. I can't move around very much to do cleaning, and they help me with washing my back. There are some caregivers who are respectable. They have some caregivers that are very good. They're kind and they don't mind helping me with doing what I need to be done. Also, they don't complain.

They seem to do a pretty good job once they are there. It just seems like it is a new person every day, so it seems like they have a problem with keeping people there. They are not as dependable a lot of the time. At times, they are late and their comments are that they do not have anyone available. They have left early instead of staying for the time frame that they needed to be there. We have had to change care people there. Maybe the management is the problem. I am not really sure what the problem is.

They are able to have eyes on my loved one when I'm not able to be there. I like that someone is able to be with my loved one.

It really made my life easier having someone there helping. I had to train some of the caregivers. They need to send more experienced caregivers and not send so many different caregivers. Some of the caregivers were good, but they only came once or twice before they were replaced.

I had one caregiver one time, and they were nasty to me and interrupted me when I tried to tell them something. They help out when I need help.

It has been a disruption to my daily life. I haven't had a CNA for months. Up until the current caregiver it has been very poor service.

They should make sure that the caregivers are here on time and make sure that they don't cut their time short. I've been with Elite Home Care for a couple months, and I have had different people come. It's been about 15 or 16 people. I'd like to have just one person coming.

He is able to talk to the people which he enjoys. Sometimes he gets annoyed with the people that show up during the time he is getting taken care of.

He enjoyed having the company that day. The caregiver that they sent out was very courteous, helpful, and prompt.

It's been a help for me to know that she's being taken care of. I like the staff, the environment, and the quality of care. She's been willing to get up and go every day, which has been a blessing for me.

Everybody does an excellent job at what they are doing. There are certain things that I cannot do myself, and it is nice that the dishes can get done everyday and that things can be straightened up everyday. They just keep things in the household smooth. The office people need to make some corrections, but I have no problems with the caregivers.

It is hard to get people to come out. They really don't take care of their people.

I had one knee replacement and my hip is giving out, I need someone to come in and help me do the basic housecleaning. They are decent people and they don't mind working because they have been CNAs. They don't come and sit and look at me, they do the work. The caregivers now are just filling in and I get that. I would like to have the same 1 or 2 of the same caregivers all the time.

They need to send people that come to work and people that I do not have to sit and tell them what to do. They need to make sure that they can do the thing that I need done. They need to send the same caregiver to my home every time. The one that I like doesn't give me any problems.

For the most part, I've been very pleased with their service, but it depends totally on who they send. Some employees are better than others. They have been cooperative for the most part. I know it's difficult to get people to work for minimum wage, so based on that fact, I think they do pretty good work.

They help the most by letting me get things done and freeing up time. I like that they are thoughtful and kind. They care about the people they work for.

When the people got there on time, they were good. They would give good care, and that was positive for her and us. The biggest problem was people showing up on time. A few times they didn't get there at all, and I had to keep calling the office to tell them someone wasn't here. That was important, especially in the mornings, because she went directly to daycare. If they weren't here on time, she would miss the bus.

I feel way better having someone come in and do what needs to be done. They have been a blessing to me. They have been outstanding. They always come, and if they aren't able, they call ahead of time. They have substitutes come if they can't, and you have options.

It has made her feel much better, and she has improved a lot. I like that they take care of my loved one, and I would really recommended them.

They were available when we needed them, and they took good care of my mom. My mother really seemed to enjoy being there.

We only use them twice a week. We don't really need it. It is giving my dad different things to do and different people to talk to twice a week when we take him there. They seem very friendly and attentive. They are always in a good mood and enjoy what they are doing. I haven't seen any bad attitudes.

They sent me a good aide. She listens and does what I need done. They let you know if the aide is not coming ahead of time. They give really good service. If you have problems with the aide, you can switch out the aide.

It has made it easier and it has helped a lot. They stay right on top of the people. If they show any sign of something going on, they are in communication.

If we had a bigger pool of caregivers to choose from, it would make some things easier because I have narrowed down the requirements needed for his care. I would like them to have a larger number of caregivers to choose from. They are limited in the caregivers that we get.
