Aura caretakers are well trained in caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. They can get their patients to agree to do many things they don't want to do, such as shower, take meds, change clothes, eat, etc. They are good companions and friends, and are very trustworthy.
They provide aid to my husband in these and other ways.
They always arrive on time, and are always responsive to my questions.
The agency has also been very reliable and dependable. They are very much like good friends.

Aura Home Care & Concierge took care of my dad after his stroke. My sister and I did not know how to navigate all the insurance regulations and facility options. Aura was so very professional and acted as his advocate with the hospital staff, on our behalf; I did not know what questions to even ask. I will be forever grateful for their help and expertise.
