Fabulous office staff. Caring caregiver. My dad has been pleased and he is not easily pleased with his caregivers. Thank you Addis Columbia!!

I called Addus and they came out and did intake. They're able to tell me who would be coming. It had a great start. The process was fine. My husband's caregiver is not nurturing but she's a good caregiver. Everything was going great. We had a young lady who was quite interesting. Then she decided she's allergic to cats. Of course they can't control the aides, but most of them are very unreliable. They also don't have a computerized check-in system and they also messed up my billing.
