We could not be more pleased with Darryl & Kim at Visiting Angels! Kim and my father have developed a wonderful friendship and she has become part of our family. Kim always goes above and beyond even coming out off the clock to check on my father when he had accidentally turned his phone off! Professional, courteous and relational! Awesome people!

This would depend on the caregiver that we had. I like when the caregivers would listen to the specific needs of the person they were watching. Some of them would listen and do what I asked them to do. Generally, Visiting Angels would go above and beyond for their patients, but some did not. The good caregivers would go above and beyond to do things around the patient, little things that were a tremendous help to us.

They were very good. Some of the caregivers were very helpful and did things that I had left notes for saying that they needed to be done. They helped with meal preparation, helped with bathing, and helped with laundry.

Visiting Angels is personal and personable. They genuinely care and listen to their clients. They not only take care of the senior citizens that need the care but other family member that are seeking the help. We are part of the equation and they have been helpful in counseling us. The services have had a positive impact to where I am able to clean my own house instead of cleaning my parents' house. They do keep up on the house and are available to go with my parents to get groceries.

I like the fact that Visiting Angels is local. Visiting Angels has grown to the point where to the point they aren't personal any more. We feel like money or numbers instead of clients they are concerned.
