The caregivers helped the most by helping me take care of the client. The caregivers helped with breakfast, lunch, and pill management. They also took the client to the bathroom during the day.
I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on. The few times that we've actually used them, we liked the person who they provided for us.

They helped by bathing him and getting him in and out of the shower.
We only used them one or two times because things were going so well. I would definitely recommend them.

They just started. However, it is allowing the rest of our family to be able to take care of the things we need to and for Jim to be taken care of.
They are always early to our house. They are very compassionate individuals.

They could have gone through orientation because they would ask me what I needed them to do, and they should already know that.

There was one caregiver I had a problem with and we are working through that right now.
They could improve the quality of caregivers or have more training for their staff.

The services have been helpful because of some of my wife's issues and needs.
Our biggest problem has been getting administrative issues straightened out. Things are starting to smooth out pretty well.

They take me places and they are always looking for ideas on what I like and what I'd like to do.
They are on time, they do a good job on whatever task they're doing, and they're friendly. They're easy to get along with.

They've done well. I really love my current caregiver that they sent.
I've been really disappointed in the company since they seem to only have 2 people who work for them.
They don't respond to what you want to have done.

It would help if they could get fully staffed. I would like to be able to get back to having all his care hours and respite hours. I've had to use different people now.

They could've shown up when they said they were going to.
They haven't showed up for 2 times. They don't have replacements either. The first time there was someone at the hospital and there was no backup. The second time the caregiver had just quit and I got left with not going to work that day.

They are very reliable and knowledgeable about my father's needs. They have been very impressive about following protocol during this virus.
They have very good caregivers that they send to my parents and when the regular caregivers cannot make it, they are able to send additional caregivers.

I could not have done it without them. They went above and beyond in any way they could.
I could not have asked for more. They were very reliable and their were a lot of times where things changed and they were always flexible. There were times that they dealt with me when I was close to being close to hysterics.

It is nice to have someone to do some of the physical things that I am not able to do myself. It relieves me of the stress.
I wish they would train their workers a little bit more and better because they need to do it differently to make sure they are qualified to do what is required.

She talked to my brother who hadn't seen my father in three years, and they allowed my him to drive my mother home and it was really stressful for my dad. My brother didn't know what shape she was in and what she needed. I didn't want my mom brought home yet. I had to drive ten hours, leaving my daughter who had a stroke, to come fix this.
I tried to work with her, and she got upset and I really tried to work with her. The office also ran charges on our credit card without authorization. The VA service was supposed to pay half of it, and they didn't let us know the VA hadn't authorized it.

They have done a very good job taking care of my mother and things have improved in her mobility.
I am out of town, and they keep very close tabs for me, and with any problem they quickly get out to me.

He doesn't like them. That's him, though. I was gone. I know he's never happy when he's here. I'm never sure what's going on. I only use them when I have to leave.
Everyone that has come out has been good. I just haven't been excited about the actual caregivers. It's average.

They give me peace of mind. They give good companionship for my mother. I know that she is eating her meals because they're there making them and giving them to her.
They're punctual and compassionate. They're accommodating and on top of it. When I call, I don't have a problem.

I had one caregiver that was on her phone the entire time she was here. There were other caregivers that came that were good but couldn't come as often as I would like.
I would like a consistent caregiver instead of someone different everyday.

I love my family member, but I need some time away for myself where I am not dealing with him all the time. The caregivers give that time to me.
The caregivers just have certain duties that they cannot perform, such as giving medication. I understand that. My loved one is a social person, but ended up isolated since this disease happened. The caregivers sit and talk with him. I am so happy when I see them doing that.

A few of them go out of their way to throw balls with him and stuff like that.
They are very flexible with scheduling. Someone from the office would show up if a caregiver couldn't show up.

It was a hard situation, so it was difficult to connect at times, but I know they tried.
Sometimes there was confusion on what we were requesting with appointments. There was a lot of cancellations and reschedules with caregivers and last minute changes. They were a good company, overall.

It has made a big difference in my father's life to have the care there. It would make a bigger difference if we had consistency.
I think there are two areas where they improve. The people they hire are good, but in our case, we have a lot of different caregivers and there isn't consistency. Sometimes the details don't get followed through on. The communication needs to improve and we need to have a regular rotation of the same people.

I liked the consistent caregiver. She really got to know my father, and I think she was very kind to him. She liked him a lot.

They have a lot of turnover, so they could do better with their employees.
