I don't have her every day, but when she is here and on the days, she isn't my life is improved anyway.
I know my caregiver from previous people, she is outstanding and helps me out a lot.

I can get them to clean the floors. I'm not able to get up if I try to do it.
If the helper can't come, they always provide someone else for me.

My mother doesn't use the services as much as she could. She could do more with the helper if she would direct them more.
They seem flexible and when there was a problem one time they followed up with her and it was easy to access the office staff.

The agency has helped me the most by having caregivers here when I take my showers since I have a tendency to fall whenever I do.
I'd tell a friend that I like that my caregiver is always on time and she's efficient with the things I ask her to do.

Someone is there to help her but there is sometimes an issue with staffing so when no one shows up it is difficult.

They need to have more depth. They struggle to find substitutes when the main caregiver is out.

I don't know how we would make it without the caregiver here. There's no one else to take over for us.
The caregiver this agency sent us absolutely loves my mother and treats her as if she were her own mother. She's kind and sweet to her, and is just so good.

The agency needs to let me know when things change and they need to get me a consistent caregiver. Some days I don't get the services at all and I have no idea beforehand that they aren't coming.
I am not too happy about some things with the care. The office doesn't return phone calls.

The nurse came to work for three hours, I had to beg her to work the first 2.5 hours. I would appreciate if they would advertise that they only have nurses and no caregivers.
I was looking for a housekeeper, and they only gave me nurses.

They're very helpful. They take care of the client's apartment. He's in a wheelchair and has diabetes. They will put lotion on his legs and will do the dishes.

Most of the girls she has had have been very good. A few of them were not, but when they find out they take care of it. It has been a while since we have had a problem with that, everybody knows how to get there and what to do when there.
