Not very good. Aides do the minimum housekeeping, several have not been good companions/conversationalists and are texting all of the time. Very disappointing and difficult to find a warm companion who will do basic housekeeping. Maybe they don't get paid enough, but we need more and would pay more than $22 per hour if the person would do a reasonable amount of work.
