She is not able to do anything without the aide's help.
I like them because they do the tub for my mom and go above the requirements.

They just have staffing shortages at times which makes it hard.
There are some staffing shortages and hard to get nurses for us.

They could have made it easier by finding a caretaker earlier and let us know that the caretaker was not showing up.
I would have liked it if they would have communicated better with me.
