Elder Connections staffers pride themselves on being able to accurately gauge what a client needs—the results of which can be as varied as starting a conversation, suggesting a walk or simply being a soothing presence in the home. Elder Connections tries to take into account all the aspects of a client's life, from performing simple chores to ensuring that appointments are kept. All client cases are overseen by an RN who, along with care aides, ensures that a patient's individualized care plan is adhered to or changed as needed.
