Great company! I was very pleased with At-Home. The companions were knowledgeable and compassionate about working with my mom. The president was so helpful in understanding my mothers needs and helping me with doing the best for her. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I have used At Home Senior Services at different times for both of my parents and would not hesitate do so again should the need ever arise. Their assistance was invaluable. The services provided ranged from transportation to the doctors and light house cleaning and cooking, along with the daily physical nursing needs. The staff was courteous and honest. I was more than pleased with their service as were my parents.

Initially, they seemed very nice. The owner and one of the people who worked there came over to my house to meet my mother and myself, and they seemed very diligent at first. But then, the person that they got to watch my mother during the day I wasn't too pleased with. I wanted my mother to be able to go out and do some activities, and I expected the person to have a car. The person that they got for my mother really should have been able to drive. And I figure, "Okay, so this will just be a month because the initial person was going to come back to me after the month of November." However, two weeks into the month of November, she said her family wanted her to retire and that she wouldn't be coming back. I was stuck with this person from November till the end of February, and I went with another in-home care because I didn't like this At Home. Initially, they seemed to be very interested and concerned, but they weren't, and then the person that they got to watch my mother really didn't do a whole lot around the house. I expected her to do some light housekeeping as well to do my mother's laundry. She didn't do that until I had to tell her, and even though I had written on the form saying that is was what I wanted, they didn’t tell her. I guess it was up for me to tell her.
