Our experience with Visiting Angels has been very good. My relative is very pleased with the caregivers. He loves them because they're both wonderful. They come in 3 times a week, and they do light housekeeping, change his bed, do his laundry, they take him to doctors' appointments, and do some meal preparation. Everything has really been excellent. One day, he wasn’t feeling well and wanted to cancel because he just wanted to stay in bed. They found out that his blood sugar was down to 70, so they called the doctor and the home health nurse and got them involved. They're very attentive and very caring.

Visiting Angels Lancaster is fantastic. They are my mom's companions for whatever she wants to do for the day, like helping her wrap her presents. Mom sits at the counter every morning directing them what to do and telling them where everything is. They take her to lunches and doctors' appointments. They also helped her change her clothes from summer to winter and help with the laundry.

The caregivers from Visiting Angels are doing a fine job, and we're happy with their services. They help with the bathing, dressing, and laundry. I would recommend them to others because they are efficient, pleasant, and give good care.
