The caregiver should have taken more of an interest in doing things without me telling them to do it.
I liked that they seemed like they had caregivers who would try to show up and be helpful when they got here.

The agency has been positive because they were on time, they took me where I had to go to keep my appointments on time, they cooked and did groceries.
The girl does everything she can and I like the staff of the company, they help me with what I need when my caregiver can't come.

One thing that they have done is helping me clean up the house, as well as vacuuming and helping with the laundry.
I like how the man ran the company because he seemed very nice, but he had trouble to get employees like everyone else.

Any time there is an issue, I can call the caregiver and she will address it.
I would recommend them because the caregiver seems sincere. My mom is in a difficult time with hospice, and the caregiver is patient with her.

I can't live without the services. They have been a high impact because they help me do what I used to be able to do.
I would like the caregivers to have better training for handling different people. I don't the training goes deeply enough to help the caregivers adapt to different personalities.

We got Ella Home Care Inc, and we've been using them for about a month. They do light housekeeping, shopping, and some local transportation. They come 2 days a week at 3 hours a day. Were very happy with the caregiver. I think were getting a good value for the dollar.

Ella Home Care had nice and responsive caregivers. The caregiver helped me a lot because I was my mom's caregiver and I couldn't leave the house. The caregiver allowed me to go into another room so I could lay down and rest.
