My mom was alone and didn't want to move. Synergy coming over and lets me go back to work again.
I like everyone. My mom has about 5 or 6 caregivers that alternate. My mom enjoys the company. I don't have any complaints.

I have a very bad leg and a lot of pain, so I have not been able to stay in touch with all the work in the apartment. I like that it has been a load off my mind.

I can set which hours I want on which days, as well as who I want.
I like that if things don't work out between me and my caregiver, I can let the agency know and they'll send somebody else.

As far as the weekly vital checks, that has been really good, talking with my mother's physician has been very good, and they have helped with recommending changes. The caregiver we get once a week plays card games with my mom.
We have a wonderful caregiver. Her name is Hope. The registered nurse that stops by is wonderful. Everybody that we have had dealings with has just been exceptional.

It has made life so much easier. After my father fell a few times, we needed people to watch him during the evening. It would be so hard to take care of him. It has made life a lot less stressful for us.
I like that they're attentive to my father's needs and help him with anything that comes up while they are here. Generally, the folks who have come have been friendly and interacted with him.

They seem to be alright. My wife hasn't made any complaints about them. They've made my life easier by freeing me up to do other jobs. I'm trying to run the house and there are times I need to go out on my own.
I would tell a friend that they seem to go with the flow in terms of the hours that are retired. They have some flexibility when getting caregivers.

It's less for me to do, and I get the chance to go to the store or go to a doctor. It gives me a chance to get out of the house.
I do think I have to pay quite a bit for the time, but I guess that's the way the world is now.

They were able to care for my mother consistently in a way that I couldn't have. They worked so well with hospice when she went into hospice that they made it easier for her.

From the minute that we met with the owner, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was great, and they had the same person come every time, and they were great with my mom. The owner was very accommodating.

They would ask me if I wanted them to empty the dishwasher. It allowed me to go grocery shopping while they were here because I couldn't leave my husband alone, and then when I got home they would get my groceries out of the car. I liked that they gave me time to myself.
