Loving Arms Elder Care is a non medical home care agency serving seniors in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. We are passionate about our services bringing our high quality and consistent care into the lives of all our clients.

It provides my husband and I an opportunity to go out knowing my mom is in good hands.

I was content of what they were doing for me. They helped me to navigate things I couldn't do such as walking and I needed help to catch my breath, so they would bring me a wheelchair.
Loving Arms Elder Care would do everything they said they would do for me.

We still had to work ourselves and were able to do what we needed to do, we could focus on just spending time with the client as a family.
The setup was really good, they figured out exactly what we needed and the caregivers were really good.

I guess just having someone here with her. She was happier with some of them over others.
They lacked the staff to maintain the same caregivers. They were a smaller company. They would have different caregivers.

Companionship is really important. Not everyone is capable of transporting her. They need to make sure that all of the people can transport my loved one.

I only used Loving Arms Elder Care a handful of times for my mom. They were there for four hours each time for daily assistance. I met the owner, looked at our home, talked to my mom, and I just felt comfortable and good about the process. They were good.

Sometimes with my brother there has been correspondence that he's had with the business office where he hasn't gotten responses in what he would consider a timely manner. Any kind of interaction I've had has had timely response. One girl we have is really lovely and the family loves her.

The caregivers are really great. They are really nice. The reason that I would not recommend them is because of the scheduling staff not being on target. The owner needs to reach out by phone. The services were giving me time with my family and helped me by knowing that my mom had someone with her, especially overnight.

One of the caregivers has been here several times, we were interviewing for a live-in aide for my mom. I was stumbling with some of the questions because I'd never had to do to certain things anymore and I was about to see her out, but the caregiver popped her head out and suggested some questions that I should ask that I didn't think to ask. She was gracious enough to help us out with that. As we've gotten to know the aides better, it has gotten better because the services take a load off of me. They know what to do for my mom, so they give me time to do things for myself. I have greater peace of mind knowing that someone is here with my mom.

Our caregiver from Loving Arms is very kind and very knowledgeable, and she treats my wife well. If you ask them something out of the ordinary, they're very quick to respond. They also keep me informed, from their perspective, of what's going on.

Loving Arms Elder Care makes the client's life better by taking her out once in a while, and cooking different things. They give her a couple things they might find for her, like little presents.

Loving Arms Elder Care is sketchy depending on the caregiver that comes. I've had caregivers that were excellent, but others that I had to tell them what to do over and over. Sometimes the caregivers make me a homemade meal, but other times they just pulled something out of the fridge.
