We hired Synergy HomeCare for my mom. They provide somebody to cater everything my mom needs. They make sure that all her needs are taken care of, in addition to making sure she attends her doctor's appointment. Mostly, they help my mom with the food, bathing, shopping, doctor's appointment, transport, cleaning up, housework, and everything that needs to be done. We just had one caregiver that didn't work out, but it was because of cultural differences. The administration handles everything, from invoicing to scheduling, and I have no complaints. I met most of them when my mom was in the hospital. They saw what my mom needed in the first part, which was skilled nursing, and they provided it. From the start until now, they have been pretty responsive to everything I need.
