Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They helped us through a very difficult time with my father and their professionalism and responsiveness was excellent. They also worked with us to find vaccinated caregivers as my dad's household has an immune-compromised child.
We will continue to use them for my father's care, resting assured he is in good hands.

I was so pleased with the help I received from the entire staff. No matter who answered the phone, I was helped or my question answered or a return phone call received. My mom and dad were also very happy with both caregivers that assisted them for a few weeks. I'm happy to say Mom is no longer needing an aide's help, but if the need arises again, I will certainly be calling Right at Home.

They had turnover and we wouldn't know who would be coming. The girl assigned to my wife would call in and say she wouldn't show up twenty minutes before her shift.
The only thing I didn't like was them changing the person around, but after a while we got the same girl.

I hired Right At Home to help provide care for my mom who was placed on hospice care. The onboarding process was easy. The company was completely professional. Everything was very smooth.
They placed three home health aides to stay with my mom. They rotated throughout the week.
I can say that all three were very professional. The always arrived on time. They had a great attitude. My mom really liked all of them.
Eventually my mom did pass away. As sad as this was, the people at Right At Home were great about closing out the case and finalizing everything.
I can't recommend them enough.

RightAtHome provided home care workers for my mom post-stroke in early 2021 when the pandemic was still raging and home care was hard to get. They picked up shifts that another service could not find coverage for and did a good job finding substitutes when caregivers were not available, despite the difficulties. The caregivers were will liked despite the hard circumstances, and everything ran more smoothly than I expected.

My mom has never gotten any caregivers she didn't like, it has mostly been one person coming consistently.

My mother was always more to herself, and the aide encouraged her to do more group activities and have breaks.
I liked the degree of communication they had. I always knew what was going on when caregivers needed days off and things. They emailed and mailed balances.

Someone has to be with him so he doesn't fall. They help him in the shower, which is very helpful.
I have recommended them and told them that they seem to be compatible with our needs. The only thing is that we have had a lot of different caregivers. Since we have had them, we have had 5 different caregivers. It is hard to get used to them when they keep changing.

They reliable and very nice. When I had therapy for my knee, the therapist even used Right at Home.

Right at Home in Jenkintown, PA, offered us exceptionally attentive and respectful care for my father on in-home hospice. From the moment that I first spoke with Chris, he provided us with personal help and guidance. Jennifer, such a compassionate caregiver, was the shining light for our entire family in the darkest of times. She helped my father every second that she was in our home, talking with him and assuring that he was able to maintain his dignity until the very end. Our entire family highly recommends this agency.

Right from the beginning it seemed like we had picked the right company. Owner, Chris, spoke with me and then later visited my mother, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and compassion. Chris promised that he would find us the right person to help care for my father, and he more than delivered on that promise! We were introduced to Naomi, who cared for my father in the most skilled and compassionate way, and she quickly showed us the most amazing heart. She was with us when my father passed away, and we could not have done without her!! She continued checking in on my mother afterwards, calling and visiting, as the most loving friend would do. We are more than grateful for Naomi, Chris, and all the others at Right At Home for working with our ever changing schedule and giving us top notch care in our time of need. Blessings to all of you!!

Right at Home is amazing! When we called them we were having a crisis in our family with my father on hospice due to a stroke and dementia. We truly wanted to keep him at home for his final days. He was keeping everyone awake with his constant waking and trying to get out of bed. If we were to be capable of taking care of him during the day than we needed a good nights rest. Right at Home stepped in within 2 days of calling them. We were so pleased with their amazing aids that gave us peace of mind that our father was being taken care of and we could get some much needed rest for the tough days ahead. We used their services for a full 2 weeks. we absolutely loved our aid. She was gentle and loving to our father and woke us up when she realized that our father was starting to pass. It was a bittersweet moment and one that still brings tears to my eyes that we were by his side when he took his final breath. Thank you Right at Home for being there in our time of need.

When my mother was placed on hospice, we needed 24 hour care immediately. Right at Home responded immediately and had someone to the house that night. They were very professional and accommodating. Sadly, we only needed one night of care as my mom quickly declined and peacefully passed away two days later. Even on the second night when we cancelled the care because we had family come and stay with her, they were quick to answer and made the changes without difficulty. Communication was always good. At the end when we notified them my mother passing and not needing any services, they sent the refund check for the deposit within 5 days. Not having to worry or chance a company around for $1200 was refreshing. This was the hardest time in my life and they definitely alleviated some stress.

I was in the difficult situation of being the one responsible for caring for a terminally ill relative that lived half way across the country and needed around-the-clock care. My Aunt was being discharged from the hospital and I needed to find a live-in caregiver quickly. I contacted Right at Home and the owner was very helpful and he had all the arrangements made in a short time. The caregiver was wonderful and did so much to make my Aunt comfortable in her final days. (She even put up Christmas decorations!) Small issues were made more complicated because of the distance, but in every case the Right at Home staff kept me well-informed and they had a can-do attitude when it came to doing what was necessary for my Aunt’s care and comfort.

Without exception, the Right at Home staff did an excellent job at providing care and exceeded my expectations. They were patient, caring, and professional. We certainly could not have managed without the assistance of Right at Hmoe staff and we are very grateful for the level of care that they provided.

We had Right at Home for about a month, and they were excellent. They weren’t caring for my husband at his time of death. They were assisting me when he was able to live in our house. He loved them. They were great and doing everything. I work, so they were with him 24 hours a day.

The care from Right at Home is good. They’re doing fine. I fall all the time, and I never know when I’m going to fall. When I went down a couple of times, a caregiver was there to help me. She drives me to the store so I can do some shopping because I can’t drive my car. I would recommend Right at Home.

Right At Home was the only one who provided service for an hour. I just needed someone to give my mother a bath. I've only used them once and that was about a month ago. However, she was supposed to come two days and she missed the first day.

We were very happy with the care we received from Right At Home. They provided care to my mother-in-law for 2 years and then to my father-in-law for 3 years after she died. Our loved one's main caregiver was just spectacular. She went above and beyond in terms of attention, care and support. RAH was flexible when we needed to change schedules and very responsive to any issues we had. Some of the caregivers who filled in for our regular person were not as knowledgeable or engaged but RAH worked with us to find the right fit. I would definitely recommend this agency.

They were very professional and provided me with great caregivers for my parents. The caregivers were very kind to my parents and help them maintain their dignity as they got older and continued to decline. They took the burden of caring for them off my and my siblings backs and we were able to reconnect and enjoy the time we had left with my parents.

We had an emergency situation with my father and were referred to Right at Home. I called after 5:00 PM on a Thursday and someone was there Friday to help my dad at 12:00 Noon which was the time we scheduled. They were compassionate and caring. Thank you.

Home attendant always came on time and follows my written instructions. She writes me a detailed report of that transpired during the day with Remy while I was away. She leaves the house key where I asked her to. No complaint from Remy when I get home.

I choose Right at Home for my in-home care because they have the highest rating for people who like them. When I call them, they send out someone and I am very happy with them. The caregivers are very good and nice. They do everything you ask and even do things you didn't ask. They are very pleasant, neat and I have nothing bad about them. The management is very efficient too.

We've been using Right at Home last August until now for my mom. They were very flexible in terms of the number of hours that the home health worker was required to be hired for. Right now we have two different caregivers and they are doing what they are expected to do. I am just pleased that they come when they are supposed to be there and they provide the care that they need to at different times of the day.

I can't say enough good things about the care my mother received. She was treated as though she was a family member and the aide went over and beyond what was expected of her. The peace of mind knowing she was in loving hands was priceless. I highly recommend this agency.

My father-in-law was happy with his care given by the home health aide. She seemed pleasant and focused her attention on him. She was attentive in taking instructions for his care and did provide that care as instructed. The office staff at this agency is very responsive and extemely pleasant. It made me feel secure there was a place to turn to once the hospital discharge process began. It made transitioning from hospital care to home easier for us all. Especially my mother-in-law who is in her mid-80's. It helped to ease the burden on her.

The unexpected passing of my mother required an immediate need for 24/7 care for my dad. As a Florida resident and never anticipating this need, I didn't know where to turn. On behalf of my family and myself I heartily endorse Right at Home for your caregiving needs. Buzzie, a CHHA, was a godsend and my dad received the absolute best of care, companionship and attention. The house has never been cleaner and the kindness Buzzie extended, even when dealing with dad's dementia, was incredible. Buzzie, not only communicates with dad, but engages him in conversation as well, in spite of dad's hearing impairment. Everyone we have come into contact with from Right at Home is polished and professional. Thanks to everyone for coming to our aid during this difficult time in our lives.

I had the opportunity to choose Right At Home for my wife's care from October 2012 thru December 2012. They did more than I expected and I was very pleased with the person assigned for our needs. She was very courtious and punctional as I expected. She always checked with me to see if their was an urgent task that needed immediate attention at the start of her visit. I had no complaints and if I did have a question the office group always answered me promptly. On behalf of my family, we want to commend the staff and in-home care providers of Right At Home, Jenkintown. Our father needed assistance for the last year of his life, and we were delighted with the male aide from Right At Home. Buzzie was absolutely superb at the care and attention our father needed. Buzzie is well trained in the aspects of care, and personally made sure the apartment was kept clean and orderly.
The billing procedure was clear and easy, and the office staff responsive to our questions and requests.
So, we heartily recommend Right At Home as being a terrific resource for families with similar needs to ours.

Right At Home is wonderful. My Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers and I needed to help in the house. They are careing and compasionat , they keep you informed and if you need to talk they are there to listen . My mom liked the woman they sent to help me with my mom and i would reccomend them to anyone.
