We contacted this agency for help with an aging parent and found them frustrating to deal with. We never were able to get past the paperwork. They said they lined someone up for us, then that fell through at the last minute, then there was a 4-6 week wait list. Whenever we called to check on things we were patched through to a coordinator who never seemed to be in the office. She never called back when she said she would. We finally gave up and moved on to another agency.

My wife's caregiver has never been late or missed a day unless it was prearranged in 5 yeard. Never had a billing mistake.

Home Instead calls promptly if there are any changes. We had 3 caregivers at first and were able to choose who we would use. They have male and female people. Love the light housekeeping as well, laundry, vacuum, etc.

I suggest you talk to Inhome about the services you need. The staff has been very good, my husband is very comfortable with the caregivers. The office staff has always worked with me on schedules, and been great. Very glad I use them.

My father receives personal care/homemaking services. They are very gentle with him with bathing, dressing and grooming. They do a great job with cleaning, meals, laundry and helping with getting the mail and bringing up the trash cans. Everyone is very caring to my father. The office staff are very responsive to questions and schedule changes. Everyone has been very professional. I am very happy with the service they are providing for my father.

We have had Home Instead for my mother for the past two months and we are totally satisfied. The home health aide who comes is professional, dependable and caring. I love how they keep a log for what is done each shift and we can refer to it easily in case there are any questions. Billing is by e-mail every two weeks and is very reasonable.

Been with several senior assistance services since 2011, but Home Instead is by far the best. They listen and they respond. I have found their caregivers are the best I have ever had. The two current caregivers I have are just sensational. From top to bottom they are caring, flexible and dependable..........RJH

From the very first contact (via email) I spoke to a Home Care Consultant (Carol Langton) within 1 hour of the email. Carol listened carefully to the requirements I had and was greatly empathetic. Carol made the initial meeting go so smoothly and she told me she had the perfect person for my mom. Upon Deb's arrival, I was no longer anxious or worried about my mother and the care she was getting. It is an incredible relief to all of our family members to know your agency has such talented, kind, gracious people. Even the office staff is quite accommodating and very nice to speak with - I can't say enough about how amazing your agency is and yes I am recommending you to many folks I speak to. Many of my colleagues at work some will be in the situation I am in probably a few years from now and these folks are in many different states, I did inform them your company is a national company so they are keeping the information I provide them for future needs. Whatever the formula you use to retain the personnel you have to provide the care you give, keep it up - it works

We started using Home Instead when my mom, who is the primary caregiver, went into the hospital. My dad needed help at home with his medications. We were able to schedule a caregiver within a day of the consultation, and ever since they have been extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend their services.

We already went with Home Instead, and everything is fine. Everything is good, and we are great. They do light housekeeping, help my dad with his exercise regime, and take him for a walk. They check on his safety when he is showering. They help him make his breakfast because he is blind, and they pretty much do anything we ask except that they do not do medication. If he has a doctor’s appointment, they will take him to the doctors. They will take him to church and to the bank, and they’ll pretty much do anything that we ask them to do. At this point for him, it is more of a companion service than a nursing service. They came highly recommended, and they are excellent.
