They helped me with sweeping, scrubbing the floor, laundry, and made me dinners
I never got my time. I had a hard time getting them. At first, it was COVID and then they can't find people to come to work.

Service has been fairly unreliable. Several employees have not shown up at their scheduled time. When harmony was called they were unable to send a replacement and basically said we were on our own.

They provided my dad companionship during the day and helped him with meals.
I would be more likely to recommend them if the caregiver was vaccinated. They did not have a mask policy or a vaccination requirement.

We're not using a lot of services - it's minimal. At this point, they can't make our lives easier - it's about what we need, now what they offer. They do the best they can.
It's local. I like the people and administrators. When you talk about something they are familiar with the culture and population.

I am overwhelmed with responsibilities because I have an adult child with disabilities. I am overworked, and have an elderly mother. If I can't get someone to come help I will move on to another company.
We had someone leave with no notice and haven't been provided care for 6-8 weeks.

99% of them are good people. You have to be careful of who comes in your home, and the company tries to give me good people.
I have a very strong young lady, I've had her for about a year and she is great. Overall, I like the people in the office and whoever comes to the home.

The aid for Sunday is awesome. She is reliable, trustworthy, and pleasant. The aid is very efficient.
Two days the family needed coverage. There was no coverage on Mondays.

My Aunt has more security and is more stable mentally.

I don't think I can survive without them. I have a broken spine and I'm almost blind and I need someone desperately here as I speak.
They have a caregiver who is absolutely amazing. I haven't had any problems from Harmony. They check up on people before sending them to homes.

It is big when they don't come as scheduled, I don't have anybody else. They are not bad.
They should find more people to come up to this area, which would mean more payments on gas for the caregivers.

He needs the care because he has a few issues where he cannot walk and he needs someone 24/7.

It makes a major difference to have that assistance from them. I am my mother's caregiver. When there is a problem, their communication is not good.

They were very helpful. They would fix him food if necessary. They would give him showers. He had some bowel problems and no one had a problem with taking care of that.
They need to have more stability and have caregivers that will do things for us.

I wish they could speak more with him and better interact with him as far as communication goes.
In our case, it was hard because we only use them once a week, and there have been stretches where they have not been able to find someone to get out to be with my dad for half a day.
