Services are based on the individual needs and the times are set by the individual/family.

Most unreliable agency around. They will leave your elderly family member on their own if a caregiver calls off. Absolutely no staff and management that obviously doesn't know how to run an agency. Don't waste your time unless you are prepared for stress.

They were okay until the aide started falling asleep on us - we did have her removed.
