My initial conversations with Visiting angels made me feel like I had found my salvation but I found out quickly that it was not the case. Staff was unreliable and very unprofessional. Management useless in correcting or responding to issues. In addition, this is a service that are not responsible to even complete the time frame required. If you are looking for a service to care for a family member, look elsewhere.

This agency is horrendous. I needed home care for a family member. They sent someone to the home to talk with us about their service. They did not look at or evaluate the person who needed the services and charged a $25 fee. His needs were specific and the care giver they sent out not only did not have any basic medical knowledge ( he was burning up with a fever and did not think to let anyone know) she did not feel comfortable performing any of the tasks that he needed to assist with his activities of daily living ( he was left unbathed for weeks). To charge $235 a day and sit and watch tv all day with my family member is a disgrace. When I called to try and find a different caregiver Jacqueline was very rude and unwilling to help. please look elsewhere for home care!
