We're using Griswold Home Care. Those who did the intake were marvelous. The last caretaker I had was excellent and the others were good. They showered me, washed my hair, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, ironed and vacuumed. They were very respectful and understanding.

Griswold Home Care came highly recommended by our hospice nurse. Their service has been excellent. The first two aides they have sent us -- and we are still with the same two aides -- have become like family to my mother, and they have been a godsend. As far as when we called them, they came out the same day to assess my mother, and care started the next day. If I have to rate them on a scale of one to ten, they are giving my mother a "ten" care from the very first day. My mother has dementia, and they are just extremely good at handling her. They go out of their way to do things like paint her nails. They don't have to do that, but they do things like that. They put her hair in curlers, which are not things that we asked them to do, but they just go out of their way to take care of all her needs. We have not had any problems. Every one of them always showed up, and if somebody was late, they would call to tell us they are 15 minutes late. We never had a no-show, and the management always calls to make sure the girls are doing what we want them to do; they check up on them frequently . Actually, I don't have one complaint about them.
