I like the fact that the caregiver was timely, and the time worked for both of us. They worked around my schedule. The caregiver provided excellent care, and everything she did followed sanitary methods.

They helped me out. They do my fusions, and deal with the people who drop off packages. One thing I like about them is that there are very organized, and they do everything they can with scheduling.

Without them, I would not be able to eat and prepare myself for the day. I would recommend them because they are punctual and make sure the client is satisfied. They check in to make sure that things are okay.

I'm a quadriplegic, the girls that I have now help me function. They send a lot of people that say they can do things and they can't. They should test them before they send them.

Without having anyone, I am out of luck. I need a warm body present. They can have people show up when scheduled and to leave or arrive on time.

The biggest problem that I had, which is not really their problem, is that my mother mostly speaks Portuguese. She speaks very little English. Brightstar found people who speak Spanish so they were able to partially understand her. There was a language barrier, but Brightstar did a good job. They are really good and everybody we had took care of my mom really well. They were all good. They all cared for my mom well.

I could probably have done most of the things, although it would have been very slow. It was good service. They showed up on time and did what she was supposed to do. She was pleasant and personable.

The most helpful thing has been having someone to watch him 24/7. They have had issues in the past with coverage, and I have had to reach out several times to make sure proper meds are given and that the action points are properly enforced.

It has been helpful because sometimes I have to leave the house to go places to get medicine, run errands, or go to the doctor, so I like having someone here with him. I have been having problems with the girls not showing up. They are working on it to trying to handle it and rectify the solution.

The agency changes the times without telling me. The quality of the care needs to be improved because the agency sent different caregivers the first few weeks, and other times, no one showed up.

They impacted my life in a negative way. They could have had more knowledge of my limitations. Everything needs to be improved. The training is a number is just very poor. They were not taught how to do a lot of things.

I need them to care for my wife for all the ADLs. She is recovering from a stroke and she needs a lot of assistance. It helps me in being able to do things on my own. We have been pretty lucky with our aides being competent and caring.

It's working very well. They are dealing with some weather issues though, which has made it so caregivers haven't shown up. They are reactive to situations and professional. The owner seems to be knowledgeable and keeps everything in order.

The services actually provide me more stress than relief. Yesterday, I received a call 15 minutes after the caregiver was supposed to be here informing me that they would be absent and would not have a replacement. I received that call while I was at work. They could decrease their turnover and improve their caregiver attendance rate.

If I have to go somewhere, someone comes in, dresses me, and makes my breakfast. They are there all the time. They are there all the time. If someone can't make it, they provide somebody else.

I wish they could have someone talk to me and visit with me more. She goes out to the other room all the time. I am in bed a lot. They are irritating. I wish they had people who could drive me places. I have a lot of doctor appointments.

They have one caregiver that comes five days a week and one caregiver coming on Saturday and Sunday. They do not change them and I like it. I like that they let me know if my caregiver is not coming. I also like that they come and check on me to make sure everything is okay and I like the owners.

Most of the girls really cared for my mom. They could have backup when a caregiver cancels. The caregiver would cancel and I would have to take off work to care for my mother. They listened to my mom and what she wanted. They respected her.

I would hesitate to recommend BrightStar Care because I know people that have had them in the past and they do more for to her people. Some of the caregivers are more motivated. The service has helped me to shower. The caregivers could clean up a little more.

BrightStar Care is a smaller branch and it was nice that I got to meet the owner and a nurse that comes to visit us. BrightStar Care has good customer service. The most helpful aspect of the services is the security that I get to know that my mother is being taken care of and that I can call and see how well my mother is doing.

I haven't been with BrightStar Care for very long. I am new with BrightStar Care. However, the caregiver that I had previous to the one I have now, I was familiar with. The current caregiver that I have now I am trying to establish a relationship of trust with.
