Rose has been my father’s live-in aide since March 2021 after he underwent cervical spine surgery, leaving him unable to take care of himself and being bound to a wheelchair. She is truly an angel sent from above! Not only does she care for my father with utmost professionalism and is attentive to all of his needs, but Rose has become a part of our family! She goes above and beyond in every possible way. Rose has been instrumental in creating a sense of “normalcy” in my parents’ home during this difficult time. Her mere presence is a breath of fresh air. If there’s such thing as a “patient whisperer”, that’s Rose! She exudes a true reverence for the elderly and has such a calming effect on my dad. Anytime he’s agitated, she rubs his back and places warm compresses on his head. She speaks to him with kindness and love. We have been blessed to find her and, while we wish we didn’t need her services, she is EVERYTHING and more that we could ever hope for in a home healthcare aide!

I have Infinity Health Care Services right now. The caregivers are excellent. I'm very happy with them. They provide general homecare and companionship, running errands, and things like that. They're able to meet the schedule that I ask for.

We've been using Infinity Health Care Services. My brother is comfortable with the caregiver. She helps him with his showering, some assistance with dressing, she prepares meals, takes him to doctors' appointments, and provides companionship. She's great and very professional. They bill me regularly.

I used Infinity Health Care Services. They provided companion care but I didn't trust them at all. I had five different caregivers in one week, but they promised me the same person for five hours every day. The person would be introduced to me by the nurse who came to visit. She would screen them and find out what I needed, but she didn't show up. The people who came here were pathetic. I did not want them in my bedroom. I told them that I needed them to be there to fix my oatmeal so I can take my medication at 8:00 in the morning, but they came late. The director was nice and felt bad about it, but it doesn't cut it and I would never recommend them to any of my friends. They didn't know how to do anything. One caregiver didn't even know how to operate an air conditioner and didn't know how to work blinds. They were not homemakers. One of them put disposable wet gloves in my drawer with my potholders and towels. She didn't know that they should go in the garbage.

My 90 year old mother has used Infinity now for 6 months, around the clock. She has had a couple different caregivers for various reasons, but her regular aide, Louise, has become part of the family. She takes care of my mother as if my mom were her own mother. When my mother had to go to the hospital in the evening last week, was transferred to another hospital during the night, and admitted to ICU, Louise was with her every step of the way. Louise goes out of her way to provide personal and kind care and is ever vigilant for problems that arise. The owner, Gloria, and her husband, Mark, are always checking in on my mom and the new nurse, Linda, has been in touch a number of times as well. Even Bionca, the woman who answers the phone when I call, is pleasant and knows exactly who I am when I call. This agency feels personal and to us that is very important.

They provide expert nursing with a detailed plan of care and tend to the needs of my elderly parents, My mom has multiple physical ailments as does dad , and Infinity helps both their daily needs and provides company , distraction, laughs , and good solid nursing and friendship. My mother lived with us for 12 years and then became disabled to a bed bound state. We had tried nursing homes, which ended up being a nightmare with additional hidden costs on top of an astronomical monthly charge. To cap it off, the care was mediocre. We set up my mom in an apartment and planned to use an aid service. All the different agencies sounded nice and professional, but only one ended up being the star of the show – Infinity Healthcare Services LLC. I cannot say enough kind words about their caring service. The first initial Aid service we tried let us down in the second week by calling us 30 minutes before the time scheduled to let us know they were not going to be able to cover us. We have used Infinity Healthcare Services now for 5 months now and that has never happened. They have always been there for us. There service goes beyond the norm. The owner calls us to check in and make sure everything is perfect. They try and send the same aid, that works the best with my mother, so that she doesn’t feel disoriented. Every detail is monitored. The aids themselves are kind and get the job done. This can’t be an easy job at times, but never an unkind word is spoken and they sometimes do more than expected.
