She is limited in her capabilities, but she is personable, and I felt we clicked really well and has been very kind to me. I wasn't looking for someone to just come in here, I wanted someone to be a part of my life.
I want somebody consistent. The first girl they sent was perfect for me, but she is on medical leave, the three others didn't seem like a good fit, and the one now I like, but she has her own challenges.

The people I worked with are not very well-trained.
I would recommend that they at least try them. I go to another one and I prefer the other one.

I need somebody who knows what they are doing without me having to tell them what and how to do things.
The people being sent to me really need some help. They need to check their backgrounds a bit more.

The caregiver helps with things like washing the laundry. She cleans the bathroom toilet and floor.
I like that they sent me an efficient caregiver.

The client really didn't like it because he liked to do what he wanted to do. He didn't have much of it. They were very nice people. The caregivers helped the most just by being with my husband. I had to go to Bible class, so there would be someone there to be with him.
I liked that they were very encouraging.

They were excellent but then I had to go to another company. The caregiver I used to have with this agency helped me with house cleaning and laundry.
I would like to see them improve in getting replacement caregivers.

I would recommend them because they are nice, they are there when I have a question, and they will call me back if they don't have an answer right away.

Sometimes say the person can't make it, they will just say that they can't make it and they don't go through the trouble to find someone else. Sometimes that has a negative impact.
They need to communicate better.

I do not like the people that own it. We like the caregiver we have now, but they are having some health problems so they are not able to do some of the stuff we ask of them.

When I contact them, they are able to respond in a timely manner. They have different ways of getting in touch and they are all reliable. If I have to leave a message, they respond. Also, if I send an email, they confirm that they understand my call and they attempt to assist my needs. They provide people that are aware of our particular needs, which are a little than those of others. The people that come are more than willing to learn how we do things, and they know that we appreciate their suggestions to make things easier. It's a team effort.

They have accommodated me as to the times that they can come. I think that the people that I've met have been excellent, and I've had mainly one person the whole time. Those things are important. The person that comes can handle the things that I need help with. She cooks meals that I can have on hand for a couple of days.

Most of the people she has are very caring and helpful. She likes pretty much everyone who comes. My loved one does all her cooking for herself and has a roller walker. They do just about everything for her.

They seem to be very willing to help. I don't have problems changing my care to a different day or to change the hours. They're convenient. They're always there to help me get to my car. They help me to get groceries. They're so very helpful and considerate.

I have already recommended a friend to them, and I do like that the caregiver is always prompt. The caregiver is able to bathe me because I cannot stand in the shower anymore.

They try to match the caregivers to my mother's personality. That's the most important part, since if she doesn't like them, there's no harmony. She has the ability to get out of the house and she has help at home. My mother can no longer drive so they are able to take her to the doctor and to the store.

I would recommended Home Helpers because they are always helpful in getting their caregivers here, however, a couple of times I was without my caregiver. Home Helpers makes my life easier because they help me with daily tasks.

I would tell others that Home Helpers is a good company to hire because it is a personal company. I deal right with the owners. The services make my life easier because I can go out and not worry about my mom being alone.

Home Helpers needs to send people to me when they say they will and they didn't give me notice when they canceled my caregiver altogether. Home Helpers should have given me more notice when they were going to discontinue my service. I had to call them and they didn't even know what was going on when I called. There's no backup when a caregiver calls in sick.

I would definitely recommend Home Helpers because I do not have any complaints with them so far. I would tell a friend that they are dependable and very organized. Home Helpers is a big help to me with showering because of my arthritis. The caregiver is always willing to clean the floors and she always works her whole shift when she is here

We have been using Home Helpers for about the last nine months and have been very pleased with their services. They are very attentive to our mother and always call us with any concerns they have so we are aware of what is going on. When she first came home from the hospital after hip surgery we needed to find help right away to spend the night with her. Home Helpers came through for us and was able to provide the services we needed with very little notice. This was a true blessing. Our mom loves the girls that come in everyday and she looks forward to seeing them. We would highly recommend Home Helpers to anyone needing home care.
